As Ukraine signed an association agreement with the EU, laws about border crossing by citizens of Ukraine will be changed. In addition to this, EU plans to implement a visa-free regime for Ukrainian to the Schengen countries. The first step to do this will be providing all interested Ukrainian people of biometric passports.
