Basic problems of receiving, representation, transition and storage of information are
discussed with historical point of view. Mythologicasl open (ancient Sumer) and ezotric
closed (ancient Egypt, Latin American civilizations, Pythagorean system) systems are
analyzed and discussed. Modern methods of theory of information are represented too.
Problems of complexity of information, creation of long-lived recording media information
and their optimal representation are discussed too.
