Яка модель дає шанс е-уряду?(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Яковлев, ДенисThe article investigates the type of reforms that could implement the egovernment model. It has been determined that the defeat of the Soviet project "Perestroyka" led to the dominance of a liberal model of reforms in the Ukrainian political discourse. But it has never been implemented. It has been noted that in current conditions the liberal model resembles the surgery, while Ukraine needs therapy. Consideration of the perspectives associated with the formation of e-government in Ukraine, can not be limited to finding innovations in technological support of the public sector. E-government advocates are not a means of transferring documents from paper to electronic, but the phenomenon is deeply related to public policy: it is "more governmental than digital".
