This article focuses on the creation of the web resource for evaluating and monitoring
the quality of the officials work. In the article authors suggest the structural organization
of the system, provide technical characteristics of the technologies and design patterns that
were used, describe the basic use-cases, identify possible ways of the development and
improvement of the system.
