The organizational and legal mechanisms of development of the electronic format of activity of the state bodies developed within the limits of electronic government in Ukraine till 2020 are considered. Among which: open data; electronic services; electronic identification; electronic interaction; formation of quality information policy; promoting integration into the EU Digital Single Market. Ukraine’s entry into the single information space and the creation of the Central State Electronic Archive of Ukraine (CDEA of Ukraine). The model is based on conditional entropy, which made it possible to take into account the destructive influence not only of the content source, but also of its distribution in virtual communities. The core method is to increase the information stability of virtual communities in social networking services to destructive information influences through their hidden artificially controlled formation. The formation of information resistant virtual communities is suggested to be carried out on the basis of the critical mass principle. This approach provides their further stable development and guarantees critical perception of the content of destructive matter. In addition, for those virtual communities that have unsatisfactory quality performance indicators, it is offered to use latent synergistic management in the form of directed information influence.Item Автономна система запобігання аварійним ситуаціям у будинку(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2017) Шпак, Зореслава; Муха, БогданAutonomous system preventing emergencies in the intelligent house is presented.
