In the article special attention is paid to
implementation of electronic governance as an
important condition of development of information
societyand electronic democracy, where every citizen
can have an open access to information and
knowledges, use information and communicative
technologies to expand opportunities of potential
achievement, promote social and personal
development and create conditions for open and clear
state government. Principles and methods of egovernance
organization in Kyiv municipal
administration were also determined.
