    The article analyzes the importance of popularizing baroque historical and cultural monuments in Ukraine. The author emphasizes that the development of culture was one of the factors that consolidated the Ukrainian people in the difficult social and political conditions of that time, contributed to the formation of the Ukrainian nation. This determines the purpose of the study.

    Проблема збереження та передачі інформації в історичній ретроспективі

    Basic problems of receiving, representation, transition and storage of information are discussed with historical point of view. Mythologicasl open (ancient Sumer) and ezotric closed (ancient Egypt, Latin American civilizations, Pythagorean system) systems are analyzed and discussed. Modern methods of theory of information are represented too. Problems of complexity of information, creation of long-lived recording media information and their optimal representation are discussed too.
