Determination of reasons of road traffic accidents gives an opportunity not only to reduce
accidence on streets and roads, but to predict possible conflict situations on new traffic
organization schemes, to reduce an amount and rate of danger of conflicts. Such data give an
opportunity to define potential consequences and losses, and also to eliminate drawbacks of traffic
patterns on the designing stage.
