The article deals with the basic problems of human capital in Ukraine. The basic directions of investing in employment potential were examined. It is shown that erected budgets of Ukraine are in education. The basic characteristics of projects that provide more intensive development of the
innovative trends in education are given. Improvement of human capital for the future suggested.
