Item The Effect of Growing Conditions and Thermal Treatment on Luminescent Properties of CaWO4 Crystals(2017-05-29) Zakharko, Ya. M.; Solskii, I. M.; Luchechko, A. P.; Sugak, D. Yu.; Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Ukraine; Scientific Research Company “Carat”, Lviv, Ukraine; Lviv Polytechnic National University, UkraineItem Peculiarities of the GGG:Nd-Microlaser performance under various pulse pumping conditions(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Sugak, D. Yu.; Kopko, B. M.; Haiduchok, V. G.; Syvorotka, I. I.; Solskii, I. M.; Luchechko, A. P.; Vakiv, M. M.; Buryy, O. A.Domestic optical materials have been used to manufacture a Gd3Ga5O12:Nd-microlaser having a generation wavelength of 1062.4 nm, and its generation properties have been investigated under various conditions of pulse-periodic pumping by a laser diode.Item 93Nb NMR investigation and computer simulation of the Mg Ion localization in LiNbO3(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Yevdokimov, S. V.; Yatsenko, A. V.; Sugak, D. Yu.; Solskii, I. M.The angular dependences of the linewidth of the 93Nb NMR spectrum central transition is experimentally investigated for the LiNbO3 crystal with congruent composition and for the samples with two various Mg concentrations. Due to the computer simulation of the NMR spectra according some scenario of Mg incorporation in the LNbO3 structure, it has been concluded that the defect complexes ( Li 2 MgL+i + V ) with the Li vacancies are realized when the Mg concentration is less then threshold.Item The peculiarities of the electrical conductivity of LiNbO3 crystals, reduced in hydrogen(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Yatsenko, A. V.; Pritulenko, A. S.; Sugak, D. Yu.; Solskii, I. M.; Yevdokimov, S. V.The temperature dependence of the dark electrical conductivity of the “black” LN crystal in the temperature range (293 – 400) K is studied. It is found that the activation energy of the electrical conductivity is equal to (0.68 ± 0.02) eV and differ this value of LN samples, reduced in vacuum. It is shown, that the electrical conductivity of the “black” LN sample at the room temperature sufficiently decrease after the some cyclesof its heating up to 430 K. The nature of this phenomenon is discussed.Item Effect of annealing in H2O vapour on LiNbO3 optical properties(Видавництво національного університету “Львівська політехніка”, 2009) Pashkovskii, M. V.; Solskii, I. M.; Sugak, D. Yu.Item NMR analysis of Mg ion localization in LiNbO3 crystal(Видавництво національного університету “Львівська політехніка”, 2009) Yatsenko, A. V.; Yevdokimov, S. V.; Sugak, D. Yu.; Solskii, I. M.
