Item Моделювання процесу ціноутворення на машинобудівну продукцію(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2016) Ємельянов, О. Ю.; Висоцький, А. Л.; Петрушка, Т. О.З’ясовано особливості ціноутворення на машинобудівну продукцію. Запропоновано загальний підхід до моделювання ціноутворення на машинобудівну продукцію з урахуванням параметрів попиту на товари, що виготовляються за допомогою цієї продукції. Побудовано моделі критеріальних показників оптимізації цін та обсягів збуту продукції машинобудівного підприємства. Встановлено можливості використання критеріальних показників оптимізації цін на машинобудівну продукцію для вирішення завдання вибору найкращого різновиду цієї продукції. The article deals with the features of pricing for engineering products. It is given the general approach to the modeling process of pricing for engineering products with the given parameters of the demand for goods, which are produced with the help of these products. The given approach is based on optimization of the volume of production and selling of products and, therefore, their prices. It was defined that the use of the optimization approach to determining the prices engineering products requires previous consideration of the features of their formation by predicting the impact of changes in production volumes of these products on the financial results of the enterprises which are the potential consumers. The current level of utilization of production capacities of enterprises which are potential consumers should be taken into the account in the process of price optimization and marketing of such products. Attention is drawn to the models of criteria-based indicators in price optimization and sales of products of engineering enterprises. The concept of the cost of production per unit of its productivity was defined. Using the criteria of maximum profits of the manufacturer of products for the final consumption and high profit of engineering enterprises the method of determining the price of engineering products ,which is achieved by the coordination of the interests of producer and consumer was developed. The market of the products for the final consumption, which are produced by these engineering products was described with particular attention. This market is competitive because there are a lot of manufacturers. It is proved that in this case, price optimization for engineering products must consider the condition of equality to zero of excess profits of producers of final goods. It draws our attention to the possibilities of using criteria-based indicators of price optimization for engineering products to solve the problem of selecting the best varieties of the products from several ones ,which are different in indicators of the current cost of the production and the manufacture of goods, that are produced using these engineering products. Under these conditions, the problem of finding the best model of the specific equipment needs such actions as: 1) calculating of the product cost for consumers and producer of each model of equipment, 2) using of criteria-based indicators of price optimization and sales of engineering products, the calculation of the optimal specific capital intensity of production for each model of equipment and the corresponding maximum possible value of operating profit of engineering enterprises; 3) choosing the best model of equipment for which the maximum value of the operating profit of the engineering enterprise is the largest compared to all other models. Thus, the problem of determining the optimal amounts of production and marketing of a certain kind of engineering products was reduced to the problem of finding the best level of capital intensity of the goods produced with the use of the products. The results can be used as a framework for justifying he optimal price and sales of engineering products and the selection of the best varieties of them.Item Рівень технологічного розвитку підприємства як складова його конкурентоспроможності(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Ємельянов, О. Ю.; Петрушка, Т. О.; Крет, І. З.Здійснено групування чинників, що зумовлюють швидкість та масштаби впровадження на промислових підприємствах ресурсозберігаючих технологій. Встановлено послідовність аналізування впливу чинників на ефективність впровадження ресурсозберігаючих технологій, розроблено показники ефективності їх впровадження на підприємстві. Визначено умови, за яких виявляється доцільним заміщення існуючої технології виготовлення продукції новою енергозберігаючою технологією її виробництва. Grouping of factors that predetermine speed and scales of introduction on the industrial enterprises of power saving up technologies is carried out. The sequence of analysis of influence of factors is set on efficiency of introduction of power saving up technologies. The indexes of efficiency of introduction are worked out on the enterprise of energykeeping technologies. Terms at that substituting for existent technology of making of products appears expedient by newenergykeeping technology of her production are set.Item Методичні засади оцінювання економічної ефективності впровадження ресурсозберігаючих технологій на промислових підприємствах(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Ємельянов, О. Ю.; Петрушка, Т. О.; Крет, І. З.Розроблено метод оцінювання економічного ефекту від впровадження на промислових підприємствах ресурсозберігаючих видів техніки та технологій, який включає такі етапи: виокремлення технологічної складової основних засобів за існуючою та за новою технологіями виготовлення продукції; формування масиву вихідної інформації; обчислення граничного терміну ефективної експлуатації існуючої технології виготовлення продукції; обчислення показника чистої теперішньої вартості(ЧТВ) проекту впровадження нової технології; визначення моменту часу t, за якого набуває максимального значення величина певної функції. Побудовано аналітичний вираз критерію доцільності заміни існуючої технології виготовлення промислової продукції на нову ресурсозберігаючу технологію її виробництва. Розроблено метод встановлення оптимального терміну заміни старої технології виготовлення продукції на нову ресурсозберігаючу технологію. У спрощеному випадку, величина економічного ефекту може бути обчислена у випадках: заміни старої технології на нову відразу на початку досліджуваного періоду; заміни старої технології на нову у момент, коли чистий грошовий потік за старою технологією дорывнюватиме нулю, і заміни старої технології в оптимальний момент часу. The method of estimating economic effect of introducing saving equipment and technologies at industrial enterprises has been developed. The method includes the following stages: distinquishing a technological component of the fixed assets by existing and new technologies of production; forming the input information array; calculating maximum service life of the existing technology of production; calculating the net present value (NPV) index of the new technology introduction project; determining the point in time t at which the value of a certain function reaches its maximum. There has been created an analytical expression of the criterion of expediency of replacing existing technology of production by the new saving technology. The method of establishing the optimum term of replacing the old technology of production by the new saving technology has been developed. In the simplified case, the value of economic benefits can be calculated in the following cases: when the old technology is replaced by the new one just at the beginning of the period being investigated; when the old technology is replaced by the new one at the moment when the net cash flow by old technology becomes zero and the old technology is replaced at the optimum moment of time.Item Оцінювання поточного та стратегічного рівня інвестиційного потенціалу машинобудівних підприємств(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2010) Гришко, В. Встановлено головні напрями інвестування у розвиток підприємств та загальну послідовність оцінки їх інвестиційного потенціалу. Побудовано економіко-математичні моделі оптимальних розмірів інвестицій. A forming mechanism and methodical principles of evaluation of investment potential of enterprise is considered. Basic factors which influence the level of current and strategic investment potential of machine-building enterprises are defined. Main directions of investing into development of enterprises are set and general sequence of estimation of their investment potential is defined. In the article the basic attention is inverted to a problem of an estimation of investment appeal of branches of economy. The importance of a choice of priority directions of investments of the investments is justified. The list of major factors is submitted which determine a level of investment appeal of branches of economy. A number of parameters of an estimation of investment appeal of branches of a national economy is submitted. The method of determination of the rational sizes of investment of means in development of branches of economy is offered.
