Розглянуто і охарактеризовано структуру механізму регулювання і проблеми, які наявні на сучасному ринку праці в Україні, проаналізовано і оцінено динаміку попиту та пропозиції робочої сили і зареєстрованого безробіття у 2010–2011 рр., подано практичні пропозиції щодо структурної перебудови чинного механізму регулювання ринку праці, визначено пріоритетні напрямки удосконалення діяльності бірж праці. In the article the structure of the regulation mechanism and the problems existing in present-day labour market in Ukraine are considered and described; the dynamics of labour force demand and supply and a registered unemployment in 2010-2011 are analyzed and evaluated; a number of practical proposals for restructuring the existing mechanism of the labour market regulation are offered; the priority trends of the ways of the labour exchange activities improvements are defined.
