Проаналізовано роль банків у структурі ПФГ. Досліджено функції банку-учасника
ПФГ як фінансового центру групи та як одного з дочірніх банків об’єднання. Наведено
переваги ПФГ як ефективної організації взаємодії фінансово-кредитних і промислових
підприємств, а також причини відсутності в Україні офіційних промислово-фінансових
груп та способи стимулювання створення та регулювання діяльності цих угрупувань. The role of the banks in the structure of the financial-industrial groups is analyzed. The functions of the participating bank of FIG as the financial centre of the group and as one of the filial banks is investigated. The advantages of FIG as the efficient means of interaction of financial, credit and industrial companies, as well as the reasons of absence of official financialindustrial
groups and the ways to stimulate their creation and regulation are exemplified.
