Визначено основні проблеми системи охорони здоров’я в Україні та запропоновано
шляхи вирішення цих проблем. Охарактеризовано основні моделі медичного соціального страхування у розвинених країнах, проаналізовано їх переваги та недоліки. Запропоновано заходи, які сприятимуть покращенню медичного забезпечення і розвитку медичної галузі та медичного страхування. The article outlines the main problems of health care system in Ukraine and suggests ways to solve these issues. The basic models of medical social insurance in developed countries are described, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Also this article proposes measures which would improve health care and the development of health care sector and medical insurance.
