О.; Національний університет “Львівська політехніка”Запропоновано комбінований метод якісно-кількісного оцінювання ризиків житлового будівництва в умовах міжнародних економічних відносин, сутність якого полягає у ідентифікації можливих видів ризиків з відбиранням найзначущіших, розрахунку їх ступеня та області, а також величини максимальних втрат, пофакторному аналізуванні параметрів, які впливають на ризик, та виявленні можливих шляхів зниження його ступеня на основі експертних оцінок та математичних залежностей. Застосування цього методу дасть змогу підвищити достовірність одержаних результатів та своєчасно відмовитися від реалізації надто ризикованих проектів.Item Вплив світової кризи на рівень життя населення України(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2016) Вербицька, Г. Л.Розглянуто поняття “рівень життя” та “бідність” населення, проаналізовано вплив світових кризових процесів на добробут населення держави. Виокремлено основні ключові поняття багатопланової категорії “рівень життя” у контексті соціально- економічних відносин. Проведено дослідження рівня життя населення України. Висвітлено найвагоміші причини поширення бідності в Україні. Визначено важливі пріоритети подальшої соціальної політики, спрямованої на забезпечення належного рівня життя та стабільності суспільства. The article is the development of theoretical, methodological guidelines and practical recommendations on minimization of the global crisis on the living standards of Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological basis of research is fundamental tenets of modern economic theory, scientific works of scientists, regulatory and legislative acts of Ukraine on social protection. The study used the following methods: Economics and Statistics (the study of life in Ukraine); graphic (for visual presentation of research results); analytical and structural logic (in determining the optimum areas of social policy of the Ukrainian government). The article discusses the concept of “standard of living” and “poverty” population, the influence of the world crisis processes in the welfare state. Thesis there is determined basic key concepts multifaceted category “standard of living” in the context of socio-economic relations. A study of living standards in Ukraine. The most significant causes of poverty in Ukraine. Determined further important priorities of social policies to ensure adequate living standards and social stability. The results of research aimed at solving problems of social security. They can be used in the formation of government social policy. The difficult economic situation, burdened by the armed conflict in the east and the annexation of the Crimea, leads to a decline in living standards, growing poverty and social exclusion among the population of Ukraine, especially among vulnerable groups such as persons vnutrishnoperemischeni, large families, people with disabilities, representatives rural communities, orphans, and others. Many people were limited in their access to basic resources of life, so that there are: chronic malnutrition, increased morbidity and mortality, reduced life expectancy, reduced access to education, health care, cultural values and so on. At this stage, quality of life in Ukraine in terms of household income is very low compared to neighboring countries, minimum and average wages much lower. This suggests that the population lives quite poorly. Uncontrolled spread of the effects of the crisis period and the absence of effective steps by the state to fight can result in higher socio-economic risks and threats to the development of both regions and the country as a whole. In order to improve the welfare of life in our country need to: reduce the rate of price growth, improve living wage, minimum wages, reduce income differentiation, prevent unemployment and to reduce its volume. The implementation of the proposed measures will stabilize living standards, to prevent increased social tension in the country and in the future ensure more harmonious development of economic relations at the stage of market transformation of Ukraine. The European orientation of Ukraine requires software to enter the following indicators: the share of wages in GDP of 55–60 %, the ratio of minimum wage to average no lower than 55 % and increase the minimum wage to a level that is at least officially established living wage at least 2 times. All branches of government must focus on creating stable conditions for both economic development and social support and protection from the effects of global shocks, since the state must fulfill the principal regulator and stabilizer of the national economy, which automatically will improve the welfare and living standards of ordinary people.Item Урахування чинників ризику під час реалізації інвестиційного проекту(Видавництво Національного університету «Львівська політехніка», 2007) Вербицька, Г. Л.Обґрунтовано важливість урахування чинників ризику під час реалізації будь- якого інвестиційного проекту; уточнено сутність поняття “управління інвестиційним ризиком”; запропоновано алгоритм управління ризиком, який дасть змогу інвесторам забезпечити оптимальне співвідношення між рівнем досягнутого зниження ризику проекту і необхідними для цього витратами, а також визначити ефективність вжитих заходів. In the article define importance of account of risk factors during realization of any investment project; essence of concept of “management by the investment risk is specified”; offered algorithm of management by the risk which will enable to the investors to provide optimum correlation between the level of the attained decline of risk of project and charges necessary for this purpose, and also to define efficiency of the conducted measures.Item Вплив чинників інвестиційного ризику на розвиток вітчизняних машинобудівних підприємств(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2016) Вербицька, Г. Л.Проаналізовано основні тенденції розвитку машинобудування України та проблеми його функціонування. Обґрунтовано необхідність реалізації інвестиційних проектів вітчизняними машинобудівними підприємствами. Виокремлено основні зовнішні та внутрішні чинники інвестиційного ризику, поява яких може призвести до кризових ситуацій на машинобудівних підприємствах. Розроблено методику ідентифікації та оцінювання впливу чинників інвестиційного ризику на реалізацію конкретного інвестиційного проекту. The article is a study of engineering in Ukraine and determine the impact of investment risk factors for the development of engineering companies. The theoretical and methodological basis of research is fundamental tenets of modern economic theory, scientific works of scientists, regulatory and legislative acts of Ukraine on investment. The study used the following methods: Economics and Statistics (in the study of the mechanical engineering Ukraine); graphic (for visual presentation of research results); analytical and structural logic (in determining the major internal and external factors of the investment risk, the occurrence of which may lead to a crisis in engineering enterprises, and developing methods of evaluation of their impact on the implementation of specific investment projects). The article analyzes the major trends in engineering Ukraine and problems of its functioning. The necessity of investment projects by domestic machine-building enterprises. Thesis there is determined the major internal and external factors of the investment risk, the occurrence of which may lead to a crisis in engineering enterprises. The method of assessing the impact of investment risk factors for the implementation of specific investment projects, based on using the Delphi method. The results of research aimed at solving the problem of evaluating investment risks in implementing investment projects by domestic machinebuilding enterprises. They can be used in the formation of investment strategy. In assessing the overall state of the market engineering, we can say that the low technological level of domestic engineering products leads to negative consequences such as: high dependence of the national economy on the import of high-tech engineering products; basic domestic exports of engineering products, as less technological, went to the CIS, while import arrived mainly from the EU; the failure of many companies engineering Ukraine comply with technical regulations, developed on the basis of the relevant EU directives, due to the need to attract this significant investment in upgrading production facilities.Item Особливості маркетингової підтримки інновацій вітчизняних промислових підприємств в умовах міжнародних економічних відносин(2016) Вербицька, Г. Л.Розглянуто питання маркетингової підтримки інновацій вітчизняних промислових підприємств в умовах міжнародних економічних відносин. Обґрунтовано особливості маркетингу інновацій; визначено завдання маркетингу інновацій на різних стадіях її реалізації; запропоновано послідовність здійснення маркетингу інновацій; досліджено етапи процесу сприйняття інновації різними групами споживачів; сформовано критерії, які визначають попит на інновацію в умовах міжнародних економічних відносин. The purpose of this article is to study the theoretical foundations and applied problems in marketing support of the innovation enterprises in conditions of international economic relations. Theoretical and methodological basis of research are the fundamental provisions of economic theory, scientific works of scientists on marketing of innovations. In the process of research the following methods were used: graphic (visual presentation of research results); generalization; analytical and logical (to determine marketing goals of innovation, objectives of marketing support of innovations in terms of international economic relations, formation of sequence of implementation of innovation marketing of domestic industrial enterprises in the conditions of international economic relations). In the article the questions of marketing support of innovations of domestic industrial enterprises in the conditions of international economic relations. It justifies features of marketing of innovations; defines the tasks of marketing of innovations at different stages of its implementation; suggested sequencing of marketing of innovations; the investigated stages of the process of perception of innovations by different groups of consumers; developed criteria that determine the demand for innovation in terms of international economic relations. The commercial success of innovations on the market is impossible without their active marketing support. Analysis of domestic and foreign scholars on the problems of marketing of innovations has revealed that in spite of they have developed theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of a complex of marketing innovation, there are no methodological developments in the organization and application of marketing innovation in the enterprise. The proposed sequence of implementation of marketing innovations in the context of international economic relations will allow industrial enterprises to form an effective marketing strategy, even at the stage of their creation. Marketing innovation needs to take place at all stages of the innovation process that will ensure the competitiveness of innovative products in the international market. Studies have shown that the main criteria that determine the demand for innovation of enterprises in the conditions of international economic relations are: the ability to meet the needs of consumers; distinct competitive advantage; ease of use; the ability to test features that are stated in the product. Innovative products will be in demand in the market, if it is to have at least one unique characteristic that will be important for consumers. The main targets for the control of marketing of innovations are: the volume of sales of innovative products; amount of profit (losses) from innovation; consumer response to innovation; captured market share; the amount of expenses for marketing activities. Adopted at the initial stage, the criteria and standards of the approved program of marketing of innovations do not have to remain unchanged for a long period of time. In the context of dynamic changes in the business environment, it is advisable to use an adaptive control system to reflect these changes. In this regard, the company must exercise such control as revision of marketing innovation, which consists in the critical evaluation and correction of strategic, tactical and operational objectives of marketing activities in accordance with the changes of the market situation.Item Удосконалення методів аналізу інвестиційних ризиків(Видавництво Національного університету “Львівська політехніка”, 2006) Вербицька, Г. Л.Обґрунтовано важливість оцінки інвестиційного ризику під час здійснення інвестиційної діяльності підприємств, проведено аналіз різних наукових підходів щодо оцінки інвестиційних ризиків та вперше запропоновано методику аналізу інвестиційних ризиків, яка ґрунтується на комплексному використанні кількісної та якісної оцінок, використання яких дасть змогу досягти найвищої точності під час оцінювання ступеня ризику та прийняття ефективного рішення про реалізацію або відмову від інвестиційного проекту. The article define important estimation of investment risk when realization investment activity undertakings; carry out analysis different science approaches on estimation investment risk and for the first time propose method analysis of investment risk, which foundation on complex use of quantity and quality estimation, make use of which help: reach large precision when evaluation stage of risk; passing of effective decision about realization or refusal of investment project; choice ways minimization of risk.Item Регулювання ризиків житлового будівництва(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Вербицька, Г. О.Визначено сутність ризику житлового будівництва; запропоновано класифікацію ризиків житлового будівництва, що систематизує широке коло ризиків, з якими можуть стикнутися будівельні підприємства в повсякденній діяльності; удосконалено методику регулювання ризиків житлового будівництва, використання якої дасть змогу підприємствам оптимально поєднати рівень знижених ризиків та обсяг понесених витрат на їх зниження. The state of domestic machine-building enterprises is analysed in the article, a concept is specified investment strategy, grounded importance of planning of investment activity and grounded principles and basic stages developments of investment strategy, realization of which will enable an investor to provide clear intercommunication of strategic, current and operative management of enterprise investment activity, form the basic criterion estimations of choice of the real investment projects and financial instruments of investing.
