Г.Надано аналіз теоретичних засад управління інноваційним процесом в Україні, що передбачає теоретичні засади інноватики як нової дисципліни і науки про інноваційні процеси, зокрема аналіз сутності інновацій, види інновацій, об’єктивні і суб’єктивні чинники розвитку інновацій, інноваційний механізм як складний соціальний організм, який потребує для свого розвитку високого рівня економіки та управління інноваціями; умови ефективної реалізації інноваційного механізму; функції інновацій, що сприяють ефективному введенню інновацій; переваги інноваційного менеджменту як одного з найефективніших видів менеджменту. In the article the analysis of theoretical principles of innovative process control is given in Ukraine which includes theoretical principles of innovatiki as new discipline and science about innovative processes, in particular analysis of essence of innovations, types of innovations, objective and human factors of development of innovations, innovative mechanism as difficult social organism which requires for the development of high level of economy and management innovations; terms of effective realization of innovative mechanism; functions of innovations which are instrumental in effective introduction of innovations; advantage of innovative management as one of the most effective types of management.
