Тому серед першочергових завдань дослідження соціально-економічного розвитку постає питання категорійного визначення та оцінювання трудового потенціалу, його кількісних та якісних характеристик. According to the transition from an industrial to an information society in the economical sphere of our state the role and importance of the worling potential, the high standard of intelligence education, qualification, health, culture and ofher skiles are growing nowdays. Thetis why first of all the question of determination and evaluation of the worling potential its quantitative and qualitative descriptions is the most important among top priority tasks of the research social and economic progress.
