Сформульовано теоретико-методичні засади з організування діяльності інноваційних креативних колективів на машинобудівних підприємствах. На підставі виконаних досліджень систематизовано організаційні форми функціонування інноваційних креативних колективів та охарактеризовано кожну з них. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо вибору найдієвіших форм інноваційних креативних колективів залежно від різноманітних чинників впливу. In the article the theoretical-methodical principles are set forth from organization of activity of innovative creativity collectives on machine-building enterprises. On the basis of the executed researches the organizational forms of functioning of innovative creativity collectives
are systematized and each is described of them. Recommendations are offered in relation to the choice of the most effective forms of innovative creativity collectives depending on the various factors of influence.
