О.Сформульовано теоретико-методичні засади з організування діяльності інноваційних креативних колективів на машинобудівних підприємствах. На підставі виконаних досліджень систематизовано організаційні форми функціонування інноваційних креативних колективів та охарактеризовано кожну з них. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо вибору найдієвіших форм інноваційних креативних колективів залежно від різноманітних чинників впливу. In the article the theoretical-methodical principles are set forth from organization of activity of innovative creativity collectives on machine-building enterprises. On the basis of the executed researches the organizational forms of functioning of innovative creativity collectives are systematized and each is described of them. Recommendations are offered in relation to the choice of the most effective forms of innovative creativity collectives depending on the various factors of influence.Item Концепція формування інноваційних креативних колективів на підприємствах(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Горячка, О. О.Розроблено концепцію формування та функціонування інноваційних креативних колективів на підприємствах. Сформульовано основні принципи, цілі, технологію, методи формування інноваційних креативних колективів та визначено форми їхнього утворення. Обґрунтовано необхідність управління такими колективами на засадах реалізації функцій менеджменту, створення методів менеджменту та прийняття управлінських рішень. In the article conception of forming and functioning of innovative creativity collectives is worked out on enterprises. Basic principles, aims, technology, methods of forming of innovative creativity collectives are formuled and the forms of their education are certain. The necessity of management such collectives is reasonable on principles of realization by functions of management, creation of methods of management and acceptance of administrative decisions.
