І.Проаналізовано існуючі підходи до оцінювання ділової репутації підприємств за умов глобалізації та поширення інформаційних технологій. Досліджено характер взаємного впливу інноваційної інфраструктури на розвиток і ділову репутацію підприємств з урахуванням галузевої та регіональної специфіки. Запропоновано підходи щодо формування інноваційної інфраструктури та оцінювання рівня її впливу на розвиток та ділову репутацію вітчизняних підприємств. The analysis of existing approaches to estimation the business reputation of the enterprises in conditions of globalization and distributions of information technologies is carried out in the article. Character of mutual influence of an innovational infrastructure on development and business reputation of the enterprises is investigated in view of branch and regional specificity. It is offered approaches to the innovational infrastructure formation and estimation a level of its influence on development and business reputation of the domestic enterprises. The positive business reputation provides additional opportunities for development of the enterprises and escalating of their competitive potential for the decision of more and more complex tasks, and the modern innovational infrastructure, in turn, creates necessary conditions for increase of a level of business reputation of the enterprises.
