Проаналізовано зміст цих термінів. Співставлено зміст термінів з їх означеннями, які містяться в законодавчих актах. Зроблено висновок про необхідність внесення термінологічних змін щодо термінів культурна цінність та об’єкт культурної спадщини в законах України. Terms are investigational cultural property and object of cultural heritage. Maintenance of these terms is analysed. Maintenance of terms with their determinations, which are contained in legislative acts, is confronted. Drawn conclusion about the necessity of bringing of terminology changes in relation to terms cultural property and object of cultural heritage in the laws of Ukraine.
