Досліджено питання щодо зміни традиційної управлінської моделі на користь інноваційного
менеджменту підприємств. Обґрунтовано доцільність одночасного використання емпатії, креативності
та реалізації інновацій, як фундаментальних складових інноваційного ДНК. Розглянуто сучасні підходи щодо успішного втілення інноваційних методів управління. Виявлено можливості вдосконалення процесу впровадження інновацій на підприємствах шляхом застосування концепції інноваційного ДНК. This article addresses the question of changing traditional managerial model in favor of innovative
governance of companies. Within the framework of this research such issues are affected: definition of innovation DNA model in organizational perspective which simultaneously uses empathy, creativity and
execution that guarantees innovation success. The possibilities to perform process of implementation of innovation on the companies are detected by means of usage of the concept of innovation DNA.
