Наведено аналіз ознак інерційності у матеріальних та нематеріальних системах. Досліджено форми та властивості інерції у системі вищої освіти. Відзначено підходи до вирішення питань визначення міри інерції, її впливу на розвиток вищої школи та врахування її в управлінні системою. The article is devoted to the analysis of inertance in the material and non-material systems. It considers forms and properties of inertia in the higher education’s system. It notes alternative solutions of questions for determination of the inertia’s measure, its influences on development of higher school and account in a management by the system.
