Проана- лізовано основні аспекти реалізації інноваційних проектів в Україні на основі переліку включених проектів до державного реєстру. Визначено, що перспективними напрямами активізації інноваційної діяльності в Україні є участь у різних міжнародних програмах, грантах, реалізація спільних інноваційних проектів з іншими країнами, залучення коштів міжнародних фінансових установ під реалізацію проектів, реалізація інновацій- них проектів за кошти місцевих органів влади та підприємств тощо. Розглянуто основні складові забезпечення ефективного управління інноваційними проектами.Item Інноваційна активність малого бізнесу в Україні: стан та перспективи(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2016) Матвій, І. Є.Розглянуто проблеми, пов’язані з активізацією інноваційної діяльності малих підприємств в Україні. Відповідно проаналізовано основні структурні показники малих підприємств, результати їхньої інноваційної діяльності, проведено порівняння показників інноваційної активності вітчизняних підприємств з показниками інноваційно розвинутих країн. Визначено основні причини низької інноваційної активності українських малих підприємств та окреслено шляхи їх подолання. The article deals with the problems of activation of innovative activity of small enterprises in Ukraine. Development of small businesses is an important factor in ensuring the stability of the economy and its adaptation to the conditions of operation, including integration with the EU. This is what determines the relevance of creating conditions for the development of small business in Ukraine and increase its innovation activity. The basic structural parameters of small businesses and the results of their innovation, which indicate the minor role of small business in the socio-economic processes of Ukraine, low efficiency of small businesses and their extremely low innovation activity were analyzed. Also was performed the comparison the of innovative activity of domestic enterprises with those of developed countries innovation which demonstrates the multiplicity of relations, namely in 2014 the number of innovation-active industrial enterprises amounted to 1,609 units or around 16,1% of the total, while the innovative part in the EU is 60%, South Korea and Japan – 65–67%, USA – 78%. The main reasons for the low innovation activity of Ukrainian small businesses are determined. These include: immaturity of economic incentives to attract investment resources in innovative processes; limited funding for research and innovation from the state budget; lack of public innovation management, inadequate institutional environment; insufficient conditions for the development of innovation infrastructure; imperfect of institutional support for technology transfer; bad established cooperation in the chain “education-sciencebusiness”. Therefore, an important task for today is to stimulate innovative activity of small enterprises which are priority areas for the Ukrainian economy and where specific percentage of small businesses is significant, particularly tourism, medicine, IT, agriculture.Item Особливості інноваційної діяльності малих підприємств(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Матвій, І. Є.; Віхоть, Т. А.Розглянуто сутність інноваційної діяльності малих підприємств та її значення для їх розвитку. Проаналізовано рівень інноваційної активності малих форм підприємницької діяльності. Виділено переваги та недоліки забезпечення інноваційної діяльності малих підприємств порівняно з середніми та великими компаніями. Досліджено негативні фактори, які впливають на інноваційну діяльність малих підприємств та способи їх подолання в Україні. Проаналізовано основні способи підтримки інноваційної діяльності малих підприємств за кордоном, зокрема, в країнах Євросоюзу та в США. З’ясовано напрямки підвищення рівня державної підтримки інноваційної діяльності підприємницького сектору та запропоновано шляхи активізації інноваційної діяльності вітчизняних підприємств. The essence of innovative small businesses and its implications for their development, and also the main characteristics that identify a company as innovative active were considered. The level of innovation activity of small forms of business in Ukraine was analyzed, namely, by type of implemented innovation and novelty in terms of sales of innovative products. Advantages and disadvantages of providing innovative small businesses were compared with medium and large companies. Studied the negative factors that affect the implementation of small enterprises innovation and ways to overcome them in Ukraine. It was analyzed the basic ways to support innovative small businesses abroad, particularly in the EU and the US. It is shown deterrent of innovation and small business areas raising public support for innovation business sector. Ways intensify innovation of domestic enterprises were suggested, including raising public support by improving the institutional and legal framework; activation of most companies in the areas of study of customer needs, researching innovative ideas, organic attraction innovation in strategy development, greater involvement and autonomy to employees; implementation of special programs of innovative development, the formation of innovation infrastructure, establishing close cooperation between research institutions and enterprises based on commercialization, development and implementation of an efficient financial support of algorithm innovation.
