Визначено роль бюджетного мотивування в системі менеджменту підприємства, а
також обґрунтовано необхідність його розвитку та удосконалення. Запропоновано
розглядати бюджетне мотивування у двох аспектах: як складову системи мотивування підприємства в межах формування бюджетів та як цілеспрямоване стимулювання учасників бюджетних процедур. Досліджено елементи систем матеріального та морального бюджетного мотивування. Виокремлено та систематизовано індивідуальні
та групові методи бюджетного мотивування на підприємстві. The role of budget motivation in the enterprise management system has been defined and
the necessity of its development and improvement has been proved. Two aspects of budget
motivation are recommended to be taken into account: budget motivation as the element of
enterprise motivation system in the framework of budget formation and one as the purposeful stimulation of budget procedure participants. The elements of material and moral budget motivation have been studied. The individual and group methods of enterprise budget
motivation have been determined and systematized.
