П.; Львівська філія МАУПРозглянуто необхідність та напрямки змін в управлінні підприємством в умовах динамічності соціально-економічного середовища. На основі аналізу сучасних підходів до управління змінами з врахуванням основ теорії еволюції систем, теорії успіху та нейролінгвістичного програмування моделей поведінки пропонується алгоритм визначення необхідних для підприємства змін та описується послідовність дій при впровадженні змін (реалізації інвестиційних рішень). Об’єктом дослідження за допомогою такого алгоритму можуть бути як окремі підрозділи підприємства, так і підприємство загалом. Після оцінки критичних ситуацій планують зміни та їх впровадження. The article considers the necessity and directions of changes in the enterprise management under the conditions of dynamic social-economic environment. On the background of modern approaches to changes management analysis, taking into account the basis of evolution theory system, theory of success & neuro- lingvistic programming of the behavior models it’s suggested the algorithm of necessary for the enterprise changes determination the actions succession at changes implementation (the investment decisions realization). The investigation object with the help of the given algorithm can be either separate subdivisions of the enterprise or the enterprise as whole. After the critical situations evaluation, the changes & their implementation is carried out.
