Increase of efficiency of use of the electric power in heat municipal establishments surveyed due to optimization of modes of a complex the engine — pump- hydraulic a network of thermal systems. The idea of optimization will consist in the coordination of push-expensing characteristics of the pump and a network. Push-expensing characteristic network of the composite configuration are offered for gaining on the basis of topological method with use of the matrix-vector form of representation of a network architecture.
