Викладено актуальні проблеми зі спорудження будівель у складних інженерно-геологічних умовах. Істотне збільшення вартості землі в українських містах змушує інвесторів та будівельні кампанії звертати увагу на земельні ділянки, які до цього часу вважалися непридатними для будівництва внаслідок складних інженерно-геологічних
умов. Сучасні умови будівництва дають змогу використовувати нові передові методи і
технології, які забезпечують спорудження будівель на раніше недоступних ділянках: в
ярах, на болотах, крутих схилах тощо. In the articles expounded issues of the day are on building of buildings in difficult engineer geological terms. The substantial increase of cost of earth in the Ukrainian cities
compels investors and build campaigns to pay a regard to lot lands which to this time was
considered useless for building as a result of difficult engineer geological terms. The modern terms of building allow to utillize new front-rank methods and technologies which provide building of buildings on beforeinaccessible areas: in ravines, on bogs, steep slopes, etc.
