Item Концептуальна модель моніторингу економічних показників результативності підприємства(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Рябкова, О. В.Обґрунтовано актуальність та необхідність розвитку концептуальних положень моніторингу економічних показників результативності підприємства. Розкрито зміст і сутність складових елементів системи моніторингу економічних показників результативності підприємства, а саме: принципи, суб’єкти, об’єкти, мета, обмеження, засоби, функції моніторингу. Запропонована концептуальна модель формує концептуальну базу використання такої системи з метою інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення управління функціонуванням підприємства. The actuality and the necessity of development of the conceptual provisions of economic indicators monitoring of the enterprise effectiveness are reasonable in the article. The content and the essence of constituent elements of the monitoring system of economic indicators of the enterprise effectiveness are exposed, namely: principles, subjects, objects, aim, limitation, facilities, monitoring functions. The monitoring principles are the substantive conceptual provisions, the essential element of the monitoring system of economic indicators of the enterprise activity, adherence to which will afford ground for creating facilities for unimpaired and effective operation of the monitoring system of economic indicators of the enterprise effectiveness, will ensure the tasks performance and implementation of monitoring functions. The subjects of monitoring of economic indicators of the enterprise effectiveness are the parties interested in the effective activity of the enterprises, namely proprietors, top-managers, professional employees of the enterprise. The object of monitoring of economic indicators of the enterprise effectiveness is the system of economic indicators of the enterprise effectiveness. The aim of monitoring of indicators of the enterprise effectiveness is the periodic tracking of the enterprise activity indicators, directed to the early detection and previous prevention of the problems and also the deviation from the criteria-based values. The functions of monitoring of economic indicators of the enterprise effectiveness co-operate with the constituents of the monitoring system and are directed on to the solution of the monitoring tasks, what determine the aim of this process. The necessary elements of the functioning monitoring system of the economic indicators of the enterprise effectiveness are the informational and methodological support, soft hardware, organization support and human resourcing. The most essential means of the monitoring of the enterprise effectiveness performance indicators is the system of indicators, which contains a set of indicators characterizing the enterprise business processes indicators, which are the fundamental factors for the creation of the enterprise added value. In accordance with the stages of technological process of the indicators effectiveness monitoring the whole complex of monitoring methods can be systematized in such groups of methods: tracking methods, estimating methods, forecasting methods and data service methods. During the performance of monitoring of the economic indicators effectiveness of the enterprise, it is necessary to take into account the organizational, financial, informational, technical and human resources limitations. Offered conceptual model forms the conceptual basis for the usage of such system aimed to provide the informational support and analytical procurement of enterprise management operation.Item Критерії та складові інтегрального показника результативності функціонування підприємства(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Яремко, І. Й.; Рябкова, О. В.Проаналізовано наукові засади оцінювання та аналізування результативності діяльності підприємства. Розкрито зміст і сутність критеріїв, використовуваних для визначення результативності функціонування підприємства. Обґрунтовано доцільність і об'єктивованість оцінювання результативності підприємства з використанням підходу комплексного оцінювання на основі інтегрального показника. Наведено сформульований алгоритм побудови і розрахунку інтегрального показника результативності підприємства, який рекомендовано встановлювати за методом адитивної згортки критеріїв. Аргументовано, що використання такого формату інтегрального показника результативності підприємства дає змогу визначити загальний рівень результативності підприємства та виявити напрямки забезпечення ефективного управління підприємством. It was grounded the importance of key performance indicators in the system of modern enterprise management. It was analyzed the scientific approaches in estimating and analyzing effectiveness activity of enterprise. According to the results of analysis of different scientists’ researches in subject field in was notioned the ambivalent character of enterprise performance indicators, used in different scientific issues. It was pointed out the changes, that happened in the theories of effectiveness and efficiency. It was proved the crucial meaning of criteria and in dicators objectiveness in case of forming integral index of effectiveness, it’s meaning in the processes of day-to-day effectiveness operation management and long-termed enterprise functioning. It was explained the criteria’ context and subject used inenterprise effectiveness functioning, also the context of financial and non-financial effectiveness criteria. It was made as an example the obtainable informational basis format for pointing out the effectiveness enterprise functioning. It was proved the practicality and objectiveness of estimating enterprise effectiveness using integrated assessment. It was set the structured pattern building and calculating of enterprise effectiveness integral index, which is specified according to the method of additive criteria’ curtailing as recommended. It was pointed out the demands, met the criteria, which are the main for the determine enterprise effectiveness sindicators. It was grounded the importance of main weighing coefficient notioning, as well as expert estimating in meaning of used points and methods, based on the statistical processing for determining the integral effectiveness indicator. It was argued, that using such format of enterprise effectiveness indicator can bring us to determine the general level of enterprise effectiveness and develop the ways how to provide enterprise efficiency management.
