The analysis of organizational structures of corporations is carried out. The application possibilities of organic organizational structures and specific approaches on their formation are grounded. The types of the project organizational management structures, their characteristics, conditions of application, advantages and disadvantages are considered. The recommendations about the usage of project structures or their elements on our country’s corporations are made.
