Досліджений вплив політипної структури GaSe на форму спектрів ЕПР домішки гадолінію у стані Gd3+. Показано, що під час концентрації домішки порядку 1018 см-3 у шаруватому кристалі існують, щонайменше, три типи парамагнітних центрів. Наявність нееквівалентних позицій іона Gd3+ пояснюється присутністю політипних модифікацій в GaSe. Виявлено, що введення парамагнітної домішки в кристал істотно уширює спектр ЯКР. The influence of the polytype structure of GaSe on the shape of the EPR spectra of gadolinium impurity in a state of Gd3+ were studied. Shown that when the impurity concentration of the order 1018sm-3 in a layered crystal, there are at least three types of paramagnetic centers. The presence of nonequivalent sites of Gd3+ is associated with the presence of polytypic modifications in GaSe. It was found that the introduction of paramagnetic impurities in the crystal is considerably broadened NQR spectra.
