Викладено результати досліджень передумов інтелектуалізації систем менеджменту підприємства. Розглянуто інтерпретацію термінів “нова економіка”, “інтелектуальна економіка”, сучасні тенденції світового економічного розвитку, визначено чинники стримування та тенденції інтелектуалізації систем менеджменту. The results of researches of pre-conditions of intellectualization of the systems of management of enterprise are expounded in the article. Interpretation of terms is considered new economy, intellectual economy, modern world economic progress trends, certainly factors of inhibition and tendency of intellectualization of the management systems.
