Рзглядаються особливості комунікативної взаємодії у віртуальних спільнотах на основі веб-форумів. Проаналізовано типи інформаційних продуктів та інформаційної поведінки, розроблено класифікацію інформаційної поведінки на основі впливу на комунікаційний процес. Запропоновано класифікацію веб-форумів на основі розподілу
інформаційних ролей. This paper deals with peculiar features of communicative interaction in virtual
communities on the basis of Web-forums. Types of information products and information behaviour have been analyzed, the classification of information behaviour on the basis of influence on communication process has been developed. The classification of Web-forums on the basis of information roles distribution has been suggested.
