Запропоновано класифікацію контролю, відображено модель процесу контролю, створено модель, яка дає змогу визначити типові засоби реагування працівників на
рівень контролю у колективі, визначено тип поведінки працівника у процесі контролю
відповідно до стилю керівництва. This article focuses on the classification of control, the model of controlling is presented; besides, we suggested the model which helps to define typical means of employees’ reaction on the level of controlling in the collective, the type of employee’s behavior is coordinated with the
style of leadership.
