Розкрито особливості формування інтелектуального капіталу підприємства та підкреслено значущість інтелектуального потенціалу як чинника формування інтелектуального капіталу. З’ясовано роль інтелектуального потенціалу на різних стадіях життєдіяльності підприємства. Визначено основні проблеми формування інтелектуального потенціалу підприємства. Features of formation of company's intellectual capital have been considered in the article. The importance of of intellectual potential as a factor in the formation of intellectual capital was highlighted. The role of of intellectual potential at different stages of life activity the enterprise has been determined. The main problems of the formation of the intellectual potential of the enterprise were determined.
