громадянського суспільства і зміцнення демократії в Україні. The article deals with the problem of formation of values of management as the driving force of economic development. The author considered a new paradigm of leadership as a transition from rivalry and competition to cooperation. Author's model of leadership development at all levels of management is presented. Mechanisms of formation of successful organizations, civil society and strengthening democracy in Ukraine are proposed.
