М.; Кальченко, Л. А.Досліджено понятійно-категоріальний апарат, розкрито сутність поняття,"готельні послуги" та наведена їх характеристика. Досліджено міжнародну класифікацію готельних організацій. Проаналізовано існуючу класифікацію готельних організацій України. Проведено згрупування готельних організацій за різними критеріями. In the article investigational concept-category vehicle, essence of concept "hotel services" is exposed and their description is resulted. Investigational international classification of hotel organizations. Existent classification of hotel organizations of Ukraine is analysed. The groupment of hotel organizations is conducted after different criteria.
