Подано огляд сучасних методів «розумного» проектування і технологій будівництва. На прикладах розглянуто інтелектуальні та енергозберігаючі технології на альтернативних джерелах енергії – «Екологічний будинок». Проаналізовано спроби пошуку сучасними архітекторами креативних ідей та інноваційних технологій, перетворення функціональних та естетичних рішень в умовах безперервного розвитку технології і техніки будівництва, для забезпечення найви щого рівня комфорту і безпеки в інтуїтивно зрозумілому оточенні.
