Item Some approaches to viscometric study of chitosan in acetic acid solution(Publishing House of Lviv Polytechnic National University, 2016) Chernova, Valentina; Shurshina, Angela; Kulish, Elena; Zaikov, GennadySome ways of estimating the values of the intrinsic viscosity of chitosan were analyzed. It was shown that the method of Irzhak and Baranov for estimating the current value of the intrinsic viscosity allows to adequately estimates the conformational state of the macromolecular coil and its degree of swelling. Проаналізовані деякі способи оцінки значення характеристичної в'язкості хітозану. Показано, що метод Іржака і Баранова для оцінки поточного значення характеристичної в'язкості дає можливість адекватно оцінювати конформаційний стан клубка макромолекул і його ступінь набухання.Item Chitosan films doped with iodine vapours(Lviv Polytechnic Publishing House, 2013) Murzagildina, Angela; Mudarisova, Roza; Kulish, Elena; Kolesov, Sergei; Zaikov, GennadyThrough the process of modification of chitosan films obtained from solutions in acetic acid, the possibility of obtaining iodine polymer films with controlled release of iodine has been shown. Показано можливість отримання йодованих полімерних плівок з контрольованим вивільненням йоду в процесі модифікації хітозанових плівок з розчину оцтової кислоти.Item Modification of chitosan films as a way of their transport properties regulation(Publishing House of Lviv Polytechnic National University, 2012) Murzagildina, Angela; Kulish, Elena; Kuzina, Lyudmila; Mudarisova, Roza; Kolesov, Sergei; Zaikov, GennadyChitosan films obtained from solutions in acetic acid and containing the antibiotics – cephazolin and cephotoxim – have been investigated and the principal possibility of regulating their transport properties as regards the medicinal preparations release has been demonstrated. This regulation can be carried out by films thermal modification consisting in heating of the formed films at the temperature of about 393 K and their treatment with sodium dodecylsulphate solution. Досліджено плівки хітозану, отримані з розчинів в оцтовій кислоті, і які містять антибіотики – цефазолін і цефатоксим. Показана принципова можливість регулювання їх транспортних властивостей стосовно виходу лікарських препаратів. Встановлено, що регулювання здійснюється термічним модифікуванням плівок, а саме прогріванням сформованих плівок за температури близькій до 393 K і їх обробленням поверхнево-активною речовиною – додецилсульфатомнатрію.
