Представлено результати розроблення математичних моделей зовнішнього масообміну при вилучені цільових компонентів із рослинної сировини, а також математичних моделей для визначення мінімального часу досягнення рівноважного стану системи та поточної концентрації розчинної речовини, – для їх застосування при оптимізації роботи твердофазової екстракційної апаратури.
