The paper studied the theoretical and practical aspects of the financial sphere in the process of innovation project. The characteristic of the term “innovation project”. Considered an innovative project stage and given them a description. This definition of the term “business plan”. Characterized sources of funding for innovative projects. The detailed analysis of internal and external sources of funding. An assessment of the financing innovation of domestic enterprises. The correlation between spending on innovation activities of enterprises. Indicated the necessity to support state enterprises involved in research and development. Визначено специфіку інноваційної розробки, розглянуто її місце та роль у системі економічних відносин. Обґрунтовано важливість і необхідність впровадження інноваційних розробок на вітчизняному ринку енергозбереження, встановлено причини, які перешкоджають проведенню ефективного інноваційного розвитку країни та підтримання її енергетичної безпеки. Проведене дослідження дає змогу поглиблено вивчити сутність інноваційних розробок, впрова- дження яких сприятиме підвищенню конкурентоспроможності галузі енергозбереження. This article is devoted to innovative developments as a priority the development of energy resources. In today's economic conditions, a catalyst for economic growth is the effective management of innovation. In article gives an overview of current scientific approaches to the interpretation of the concept of “innovation development”, considered and analyzed the content of the essence of innovation in the context of the relationship with marketing, defines the place of innovation in the field of energy saving. By identifying the lack of unanimity in the understanding of this category of proposed generic definition. Proved the importance and necessity of introducing innovative developments in the domestic market of energy saving, the reasons that hinder the conduct of effective innovation development and maintain its energy security. Formulated and systematic factors that impact on the development of energy saving market. An analysis of the proposed solutions to the problem, which will improve the efficiency of the implementation of innovations. This study allows to explore in depth the essence of innovation, implementation of which will increase the competitiveness of energy conservation.Item Техніко-економічний аналіз в системі оптимізації інноваційного портфеля(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2010) Чаленко, Н. В.Узагальнено сучасні підходи до процедури формування інноваційного портфеля. Представлено основні положення вдосконаленої та адаптованої до галузевих особливостей методики техніко-економічного аналізу в системі оптимізації інноваційного портфеля. За допомогою експертних оцінок та статистичних методів обґрунтовано фактори техніко-економічного аналізу. Розраховано узагальнювальні критерії прийняття технічних рішень. Наведено критерії та процедури формування оптимального інноваційного портфеля. The article summarizes current modern approaches to innovation of portfolio formation procedure. The main provision of methods being improved and adapted to industry peculiarities of the methods on techno-economic analysis in system of optimization of innovational portfolio were introduced. Factors of technical and economic analyses were grounded by means of expert estimations and statistical methods. The generalized criteria of technical solutions were calculated. The criteria and procedures of forming the optimal portfolio of innovation were pointed in article.
