Item Motivating personnel creative potential(Publishing House of Lviv Polytechnic National University, 2015) Zakharchyn, H. M.; Lyubomudrova, N. P.This article discusses the motivational aspects of personnel creative potential in today's conditions, which is a driving force for innovation. Also the objective reasons that forced staff to develop creative potential of each company, in particular, the basic principles of formation of motivational policy for the development of creativity of staff are highlighted. The presented research shows the relationship between typology of staff work and the character of motivation, as well as determines the effectiveness of the enterprise staff creative potential motivation on the basis of various motivational tools. The efficient processes of transformation will be successful only in case of the availability of creative potential of personnel able to produce innovative ideas, to support presence of the enterprise on the innovation market and to ensure its competitiveness through unconventional management solutions. Creativity is a natural human characteristic, however, subject to certain circumstances; it is not always possible to utilize it as a driving power in innovative development of an enterprise. Because of the lack of proper motivational policy, creativity often remains just a personal condition, and there is only nominal development and use of its potential. It was the development of theoretical and methodical applied principles concerning the commercialization of high-tech products industry.Item Інноваційність високо- та низькотехнологічних виробничих підприємств: галузеві відмінності у використанні ресурсів(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Філіповіч, П.Конфігурація ресурсів організації є однією з найпоширеніших сфер досліджень, що стосуються архітектури процесу проінноваційного управління. На основі аналізу фінансової звітності вивчено роль ресурсів і можливості процесу проінноваційного управління у вибраних високо- та низькотехнологічних виробничих підприємствах Польщі. Отримані результати показують різний ступінь інтенсифікації використання матеріальних і нематеріальних ресурсів компаній, опосередковано підтверджуючи існування гетерогенності процесу управління високотехнологічних виробничих підприємств. Organization resource configuration becomes of the most exploited areas of research concerning the pro-innovation management process architecture. Hence this study exploring the role of resources and capabilities in pro-innovation management process referred to the chosen Polish high and low technology manufacturing firms, based on the financial statements analysis. The obtained results show also the different degree of company tangible and intangible resources utilization intensification, indirectly confirming the existence of high technology company management process heterogeneity.Item Модель аналізування інноваційності технологічних процесів машинобудівних підприємств(Видавництво Національного університету «Львівська політехніка», 2011) Жежуха, В. Й.На підставі аналізування літературних джерел та результатів проведених досліджень удосконалено модель аналізування інноваційності технологічних процесів машинобудівних підприємств на засадах виокремлення структурно-логічної послідовності здійснення аналітичних процедур. Із застосуванням зазначеної моделі проаналізовано параметри інноваційності технологічних процесів 38 діючих машинобудівних підприємств Львівської області. In the article under the literature sources analyzing and on the ground of investigation results the model of technological processes innovativeness analyzing on machine-building enterprises was improved on the basis of structure-logical sequence of analytical procedures realization. With the application of this model the parameters of technological processes innovativeness on 38 operating machine-building enterprises of Lviv region were investigated.
