    Аналіз методів захисту персональних даних за українським законодавством та GDPR

    Розглянуто та охарактеризовано проблему стрімкого розвитку сучасних технологій, через які є актуальне питання щодо захисту персональних даних користувачів мережі Інтернет. Проаналізовано сучасний стан забезпечення захисту персональних даних за вимогами українського законодавства та Загального регламенту про захист персональних даних (англ. General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). Визначено, які саме дані належать до персональних даних та чому підлягають захисту. З'ясовано, що персональні дані – це вид інформації з обмеженим доступом, тому обробляти ці дані потрібно тільки у системах, на яких встановлено комплексну систему захисту інформації, що має сертифікат відповідності. Оскільки Україна – одна з перших країн, яка впровадила електронний паспорт, розглянуто додаток "Дія". Проаналізовано Кодекс України про адміністративні правопорушення та Кримінальний Кодекс України за порушення вимог та недотримання закону щодо захисту персональних даних, описано штрафні санкції. Проаналізовано вимоги до оброблення та захисту персональних даних за Європейським стандартом GDPR, а саме: процедуру псевдонімізації, анімізації, шифрування та ін. Розглянуто комплекс технічних рішень та інструментів кібербезпеки для впровадження відповідності нормам GDPR. Підкреслено важливість організаційних заходів безпеки, таких як: навчання персоналу, створення політики конфіденційності, правильна організація процесів, надання доступу до персональних даних тільки уповноваженим працівникам та інші. З'ясовано міру покарання за порушення недотримання вимог GDPR. Наголошено, що для покращення рівня захищеності персональних даних важливим фактором є підвищення рівня обізнаності, які часто ігнорують проблеми, пов'язані зі захистом особистих даних, зокрема через неповне розуміння законодавчих стандартів та вимог у цій сфері.

    Embedded Systems Multimedia Framework for Microcontroller Devices

    The presented paper attempts to establish a generalized approach to the development of embedded systems multimedia applications. It is formalized in the form of a framework that defines rules and recommendations for a developer on how to implement specific pieces of software that work with multimedia data. The basis for the development process is the division of the system’s functionality into stages with the following development of each stage. The framework also defines how touch sensor events may be elaborated. The proposed framework has been tested in a test scenario in an application with multiple stages. The results proved that the solution is feasible for multimedia applications (specifically, with graphics processing) and can be regarded as a generalized approach to the development of embedded systems with multimedia functionality.

    Waste management problems in the Ternopil region

    The National Strategy and the National Waste Management Plan in Ukraine until 2030, the regional program for solid waste management in the Ternopil region for 2018– 2020 on the reality of conducting key infrastructure measures and achieving the desired result for society are studied. An improved version of the solid waste management scheme in the Ternopil region and a suitable scheme for solid waste management in the city of Ternopil within the regional complexes for the municipal waste recovery are proposed and the sources of their financing are substantiated.

    Handling the pharmaceutical industry waste in Ukraine and the UA

    The prospects of the pharmaceutical industry development are closely connected with scientific and technological progress. In Ukraine, handling hazardous medical waste is an open question. The rapid development of pharmacy in recent years has created and increased the possibility of the generation and accumulation of pharmaceutical waste at the enterprises and in the environment. Only a few enterprises deal with medical waste disposal. Medical waste recycling requires an extremely high level of attention and carries great risks associated with handling this medical waste. When medical waste is burnt, strong pollutants are released into the atmosphere – carcinogens, furans and dioxins from chlorine halogen compounds, namely dumping of the hazardous material that contains heavy metals, and is likely to cause bioaccumulative hazardous substances to transfer to the environment.

    Засоби оптимізації модуля адміністрування вендингових кіберфізичних систем

    Розглянуто особливості роботи вендингових кіберфізичних систем після тривалої експлуатації. Проаналізовано вже готові способи масштабування кіберфізичних систем. Визначено основні недоліки та переваги переходу вже готової системи на платформу стороннього розробника. Запропоновано способи оптимізації баз даних із великою кількістю інформації. Наведено аналітичні дані, які привели до рішення оптимізувати наявну базу даних. Показано елементи вендингової кіберфізичної системи та можливі зміни в її структурі при переході на інші платформи. Описано функції модулів процесінгу та аналітичної системи. Запропоновано два способи для оптимізації роботи модуля адміністру- вання. Доведено ефективність запропонованих рішень за допомогою аналітичних даних.

    Cyber-physical system of parking lot operation

    Multilevel structure of cyber physical parking lot operation system. Classification of the ways of driver identification has been given. The functions and algorithms of parking lot equipment unit’s work have been described. The succession of cars entering the parking lot has been shown. Structural scheme of parking equipment control board has been suggested. The calculation methods of the configuration parameters for cyber physical parking lots operation system have been produced.

    Vending cyber-physical systems architecture

    Концептуальні засади визначення сутності толінгових операцій

    Розглянуто та проаналізовано різні підходи до трактування понять “давальницька сировина”, “операції з давальницькою сировиною”, “толінг”, “толінгові операції” у теоретичній та нормативно-правовій базі. На цій основі концептуально обґрунтовано та сформульовано уніфіковані тлумачення сутності толінгу й толінгових операцій. Виокремлено та розкрито ключові характерні особливості толінгових операцій, що визначають специфіку їхнього здійснення. The actuality of research is caused by the fact that at present a major part of domestic enterprises is characterized by significant problems in the financial sphere and isn’t able to ensure its independent realization of manufacturing process for various reasons. In such conditions tolling operations are the one of the most attractive and perspective type of cooperation with the foreign partner, who is ready to give its own raw material, cover the production costs, provide product sales and pay for the performed processing work. Thus, the processing enterprise receives the perspective opportunities of improving the condition of its various problem spheres and further independent manufacturing of competitive products for the domestic and foreign markets. However, at modern stage there is no unified definition of the essence of the term “tolling operations”, as well as there are different approaches to its interpretation and analogization of tolling operations with the operations with raw materials in the scientific, legal and business fields. To eliminate the existing in categorical apparatus discrepancies and ambiguities on the problem of tolling operations the various approaches to the interpretations of the terms “raw materials”, “operations with raw materials”, “tolling” “tolling operations” in theoretical and legal basis are reviewed and analyzed. The received analysis results gave an opportunity to implement the conceptual grounding of essence of the key terms in tolling sphere. In particular, under the tolling operations it is proposed to understand the complex of inter-related jobs on processing raw materials (processing, assembly, disassembly, use, repair, modernization, reconstruction, etc.) of foreign customer (tollinger), which were imported into the country of performer (processing enterprise), with the aim to manufacture for him the finished product, which is subordinate to reexportation to the country of customer, on a contractual basis and in accordance with the valid norms of national and international law. In the article there are selected the key characteristics of tolling operations, which include: foreign economic character of tolling (the key participants in this process – the customer of finished product and its manufacturer must represent the different countries); legal nature of tolling (is based on the state regulation and control of the process realization and provides compliance with all valid legislative norms in this area); contractual nature of tolling (is based on an agreement between the contracting parties, which contains the conditions of process realization and obligations of subjects); constant nature of customer’s ownership on raw materials at any stage of its processing; pay character of tolling (provides the customer’s covering all costs which arise in the implementation of tolling operations and the compensation of performed work of processing enterprise); obligation of return of the made from customer’s raw materials production into his country.

    Basic concepts of evolution in agents calculating and agents system

    The basics concepts of evolution in agents calculating are discovered in this work and are showed their directions and applications. Before explaining what is agent and its description, there were given a bit of its history and the difference between agents and programs. Were given basic types of agents on examples and figures. The main task of agents is to require a large number of interactions for which most mathematical modeling methods are unsuitable. Were analyzed agent systems architecture and a description of their main parts. Principles of work with mobile and intelligent agents are considered. Furthermore, were exemplify the reasons and situations of use either intelligent agents or mobile agents. Also, their examples were showed on different examples and figures. Technology and application tools which uses in the process are represented. Analysis of JADE-technology are carried out. On the market today there are analogues of JADE, but most of the systems are relatively new and require many improvements, some are under development prototypes. Also, were given description of main tools and features of JADE. It will help a lot in elaboration of agents. Advantages and disadvantages of using agent approach are showed for creating system of data processing and they show their versatility compared with other systems.

    О возможности обнаружения скоплений газа в плотных песчанниках мобильными геофизическими методами

    Результаты экспериментального применения мобильных технологий показывают, что метод обработки данных дистанционного зондирования Земли позволяет оперативно выявлять аномалии типа „залежь газа (нефти)” в коллекторах различного типа. Эти аномалии могут быть связаны с зонами „sweet spots”, в пределах которых существует высокая вероятность получения промышленных притоков УВ. Результати експериментального застосування мобільних технологій показують, що метод обробки даних дистанційного зондування Землі дозволяє оперативно виявляти аномалії типу „поклад газу (нафти)” в колекторах різного типу. Ці аномалії можуть бути пов'язані із зонами „sweet spots”, в межах яких існує висока ймовірність отримання промислових припливів ВВ. The results of experimental tests of mobile technologies show that the method for remote sensing data processing enables operative detection and mapping of the anomalies of „reservoir of gas (oil)” type in collectors of various types. These anomalies may be connected with the „sweet spots”, where industrial inflows of hydrocarbons can be expected with a great likelihood.
