Item Про стан пунктів ДГМ України в Івано-Франківській області(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2019-02-28) Тревого, І.; Мязіна, Ю.; Ільків, Є.; Галярник, М.; Trevoho, I.; Myazina, Yu.; Ilkiv, Ye.; Halyarnyk, M.; Національний університет “Львівська політехніка”; Головне управління Держгеокадастру в Івано-Франківській області; Івано-Франківський національний технічний університет нафти і газу; Lviv Polytechnic National University; Main Department of the the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy; Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and GasМета роботи – виконати аналіз результатів обстежень геодезичних пунктів ДГМ, проведених в Івано- Франківській області, для з’ясування реального їх стану з метою вироблення науково-технічних рекомендацій і прийняття управлінських рішень на регіональному рівні для їх відновлення та закладання нових пунктів замість знищених (втрачених сегментів ДГМ України), а також проаналізувати типи геодезичних пунктів, якими закріплено пункти на території області в контексті моніторингу.Методика. Для відшукування геодезичних пунктів на місцевості використано комплексну методику, основану на використанні інформації про знаходження геодезичних пунктів на місцевості та їх технічні характеристики. Ця інформація наведена на геопорталі ДГМ з використанням технологій, рекомендованих нормативними документами, наказами Держгеокадастру України, методичними рекомендаціями щодо виконання робіт з обстеження пунктів Державної геодезичної мережі, розробленими ДП “НДІГК”, та науковими напрацюваннями авторів для обстеження геодезичних пунктів, які є частиною складової моніторингу стану ДГМ України. Результати. На території Івано-Франківської області протягом 2017–2018 рр. фахівці Держгеокадастру та суб’єкти господарювання виконали обстеження стану пунктів геодезичної (планової) мережі 1, 2 і 3 класів з метою їх застосування у топографо-геодезичних роботах, а також для виконання кадастрових знімань. Встановлено, що пункти ДГМ на території області закріплені 27 типами центрів, а також численними різновидами центрів: 1оп – 28, 2оп – 26, 53оп – 15, 4оп – 10, 5оп – 9, які регламентовані в Інструкції “Основные положения о построении государственной геодезической сети СССР 1954–1961 гг.”. Наукова новизна та практична значущість. Виконаний аналіз можна використати в топографо-геодезичній та картографічній діяльності на регіональному рівні для здійснення оперативного моніторингу стану геодезичних пунктів.Item Деякі аспекти національної стратегії наукових досліджень та інновацій для інтелектуальної спеціалізації республіки Болгарії(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Кrachunov, ChristoНаведено головні цілі і задачі Національної стратегії для інтелектуальної спеціалізації Республіки Болгарії в контексті стратегії Європа 2020 і Болгарія 2020. О.Наведено детальну класифікацію показників результативності, ефективності та економності, які найчастіше використовуються у діяльності підприємства. Згруповано показники ефективності за основними сферами діяльності підприємства. На основі аналізу можливості використання методів маркетингових досліджень для кількісної та якісної оцінки показників ефективності, виявлено важливе значення маркетингових досліджень застосування для забезпечення успішності діяльності підприємства. The article contains a detailed classification of the indicator of results, efficiency and frugality, commonly used in the enterprise. A grouping of the efficiency indicators for the main areas of business activity is performed. Important role of application of marketing research to ensure the success of the company is revealed basing on the analysis of the possibilities of using methods of marketing research for quantitative and qualitative evaluating the efficiency.Item Методико-прикладні засади аналізування антисипативного менеджменту на машинобудівних підприємствах(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Кузьмін, О. The actuality of the research is caused by the lack of progressive management mechanisms (including anticipatory management) at the domestic machine-building enterprises, which are in the difficult crisis positions at present. It is founded that today practically there are no scientific developments on the implementation and use of anticipatory management at the machine-building enterprises. The purpose of the research is to develop the methodical and applied regulations of anticipatory management analysing at the machine-building enterprises. It is grounded that these regulations must be aimed at understanding by managers the need to implement the anticipatory management at their enterprises in today's challenging environment, to realize this type of management as a full complete process in the management system, to avoid or solve in the optimal way the problems of anticipatory management use, to form a high-quality set of instruments for performing the specific assignment of anticipatory management, to develop the efficient technology of anticipatory management realization and so on. It is formed the sequence of anticipatory management analysing at the machine-building enterprises, which includes setting the goals of anticipatory management analysing at the machine-building enterprises, identification the directions of anticipatory management analysing at the machine-building enterprises, planning the collection of primary data on the problem, collecting the primary data, processing the gathered information, its ordering and presentation of results, formulation the conclusions and recommendations of implementation, improvement and development of anticipatory management at the enterprises. It is formulated the key objectives of specialized research of anticipatory management on the basis of weak signals at the machine-building enterprises (detection the presence and state of anticipatory management, identification and investigation of its elements, setting the problematic issues and results from the implementation of anticipatory management at the enterprises). It is also generalized the key directions of anticipatory management analysing at the machine-building enterprises (the elements of anticipatory management (subjects and objects of anticipatory management, functions of anticipatory management, operations and tasks, which are related to the implementation of the specific assignment of anticipatory management, methods that provide the implementation of specific assignment of anticipatory management, management decisions, weak signals of functioning environment, information provision of anticipatory management); the problems of anticipatory management realization at the enterprises; the results from the implementation and use of anticipatory management at the enterprises; evaluation of effectiveness of anticipatory management implementation at the enterprises; identification the awareness of managers about the essence and role of anticipatory management on the basis of weak signals at the enterprises; identification the presence and state of anticipatory management or its elements at the enterprises. It is grounded the planning process of collecting the primary data on the problem, that involves selection the methods of information collection (observation, survey, experiment, simulation, panel); forming the sample from the general population of enterprises which will be the objects of anticipatory management research; selection the way of communication with the contact audience of investigated enterprises (telephone, Internet, mail, personal contact); formation and preparation the research instruments (questionnaires, electronic and mechanical devices, audio and video).Item Оцінка результатів інвестиційної діяльності на Львівщині за допомогою кореляційно-регресивних моделей(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Кулініч, Т. В.Оцінено вплив інвестицій на ключові економічні та соціальні чинники розвитку Львівщини. Для дослідження міри впливу інвестицій на соціально-економічний розвиток області використано статистичний інструментарій кореляційно-регресивного аналізу взаємозв’язків між факторними і результативними ознаками, який доповнено аналізом еластичності. The investments’ influence on key economic and social factors of Lviv region’s development is evaluated in this article. To studying of measures the influence of investments on social-economic development of this region there are used statistical tool of correlation-regressive analysis of links between both parameters factors and results, which supplemented by the analysis of elasticity.Item Дослідження властивостей профільтраційного екрана полігону твердих відходів(Видавництво Національного університету «Львівська політехніка», 2009) Голець, Н. The results of the conducted experimental researches of properties of clays which can be utillized in quality the antilauter screen of ground are resulted in the article.Item Математична модель ініційованої олігопероксидом коолігомеризації ненасичених вуглеводнів фракції С9(Видавництво Національного університету «Львівська політехніка», 2009) Курташ, Ю. О.Наведено результати досліджень коолігомеризацієї суміші ненасичених вуглеводнів фракції С9 піролізу дизельного пального в присутності олігопероксиду. Встановлено основні закономірності, побудовано математичну модель, вибрано оптимальні умови процесу коолігомеризації. The results of investigation of synthesis of cooligomers by fraction C9 oligomerization in the presence of oligoperoxde initiators are presented. The major patterns of the process have been investigated, the mathematical model have been created and optimal conditions of cooligomerization process have been selected.Item Соціальні основи ефективності державного управління національною економікою(Видавництво Національного університету "Львівська політехніка", 2008) Фертюк, О.
