Item Співвідношення понять «тактична мета» і «тактичне завдання» у теорії оперативно-розшукової діяльності(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2021-08-10) Павленко, Сергій; Pavlenko, Sergey; Національна академія внутрішніх справ; National Academy of Internal AffairsУ статті за результатами узагальнення наукових позицій за тематикою дослідження зроблено висновок, що такі категорії, як “тактична мета” і “тактичне завдання” – взаємопов’язані, але не тотожні поняття. Сформулювано власне визначення поняття “тактична мета” в теорії оперативно-розшукової діяльності – це кінцевий очікуваний (бажаний) результат, досягненню якого передує чітке визначення (конкретизація) оперативно-тактичних завдань, і їх виконання у спосіб, що забезпечить успішну реалізацію оперативно-тактичного рішення (зміна конкретної оперативно-тактичної ситуації у сприятливий бік). Зазначається, що поняття “тактична мета” за змістом є ширше, ніж поняття “тактичне завдання”, і може включати декілька “тактичних завдань” у теорії оперативно-розшукової діяльності. Запропоновано класифікацію основних ознак, притаманних оперативно-тактичним завданням, що відрізняються від стратегічних завдань у теорії оперативно-розшукової діяльності, зокрема: за часовою ознакою; за масштабністю; за спрямованністю; за способом вирішення.Item The approach of granular computing and rough sets for identifying situations(Commission of Motorization and Energetics in Agriculture, 2017) Burov, Ye.; Mykich, K.; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityIn the article are described problems related to creation and maintenance of situational awareness systems. The definitions of concepts of situation and its identification are presented. An approach based on situational knowledge representation with ontological models is selected for attaining situational awareness in complex intelligent enterprise systems, where objects can be in several situations in the same time and some situations are defined imprecisely. Granular computing approach is used for reduction of situational knowledge management complexity. In order to work with situation defined imprecisely, rough set approximations are proposed for situation definition. The usage of mechanisms inherent to ontological modeling for situation representation and reasoning about them are also discussed.Item Характерні аспекти ситуаційного управління в торговельних організаціях(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Мізюк, Б. М.Розкрито зміст, мету та основні завдання здійснення ситуаційного управління в торговельній діяльності, наведено результати аналізу загальних характерних аспектів ситуаційного управління в торговельних організаціях в практичній діяльності керівників різних рівнів, зокрема: обмеженість часу на прийняття обґрунтованих рішень; здатність узгодження регулюючих дій; можливість отримання своєчасної, достовірної і за можливості повної інформації щодо ситуації, яка потребує вирішення. Також розглядаються засоби підвищення ефективності менеджменту підприємства, які ґрунтуються на ситуаційному підході, адже саме він дає можливість керівникам різних ланок та рівнів управління раціонально отримувати позитивні результати. Теоретико-методологічною основою дослідження є теоретичні положення ситуаційного підходу, теорії ймовірності, роботи вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених із проблем ситуаційного управління. In the article we consider the essence of the process approach, determine the theoretical principles and characteristics of business processes. Some basic types of business processes that arise on the commercial enterprises are shown. We propose operational system of trading enterprise based on the situational approach, which is based on the category of “situation”. The possible problem situations that arise in the course of business on the trade enterprise are considered and certain stagesfor solving and resolving problem situations that mayarise in trade are shown, making it possible to use modeling of business processes. Here we also consider means to enhance the management of the company, based on the situational approach, as it allows managers of different branches and levels of management efficiently obtain positive results. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study are theoretical concepts of situational approach, theory of probability, works of domestic and foreign scholars on issues of situational management. We also analyzed scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists and economists on the application of situational management in enterprises and noted that currently they cover only certain aspects of situational management, but it is not considered as a complex process of bilateral ties, there are no systematic studies on the use of situational management in trading organizations. In the process of study the following methods were used, in particular: inductive, deductive ones – while collecting, organizing and processing of information; theoretical generalization – in the process of uncovering the nature and main characteristics of situational management. In conclusion the theoretical generalizations about key aspects of situational management on the trade enterprises was made. Results of the study show that the practical activities of the leaders of different levels of trade enterprises showed that the main criteria of situational management is to limit the time for performing management cycle, consistency of management functions and information support for decision-making. We offer prospects for further studies, which show that despite the urgent need for situational approach in the management of trade enterprises and organizations, currently there is nosufficient systematic research on this issue in scientific literature.Item Методи подання та опрацювання знань у системах зі ситуаційною обізнаністю(Видавництво Національного університету «Львівська політехніка», 2015) Микіч, Х. І.; Буров, Є. В.Розглянуто методи подання та опрацювання знань у системах зі ситуаційною обізнаністю. Наведено визначення та математичну формалізацію понять ситуації та ситуаційної обізнаності. Також проаналізовано комп’ютерний процес отримання ситуаційної обізнаності з використанням онтологій. Описано базову онтологію та архітектурні фреймворки для систем онтологічного моделювання. In the article, the methods of representation and processing of knowledge in systems with situational awareness are described. The definitions of concepts and mathematical formalization of situation and situational awareness are discussed. Also, the process of getting situational awareness using ontologies is analyzed. We describe the core ontologies and ontological frameworks for modeling systems with situational awareness.Item Системні та інформаційні динамічні компоненти і логіко-когнітивні моделі темпоральної дійсності при прийнятті оперативних рішень(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Ткачук, Р. Л.; Сікора, Л. С.Показано, що в когнітивній структурі особистості присутній іманентний темпоральний пласт, завдяки якому людина володіє здібністю конструктивно орієнтуватися у часовому просторі при прийнятті оперативних рішень в умовах загроз. It is analyzed and shown that the cognitive structure of the individual incorporates immanent temporal layer and owing to it a person is capable of constructive orientation in the temporal space when making active decisions in dangerous conditions.
