Item Об’єднання підприємств як механізм підвищення ефективності інвестиційної діяльності в регіоні(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Бондаренко, Ю. Г.; Кулініч, Т. В.Досліджено взаємовплив об'єднань підприємств на розвиток їх учасників, а також на активізацію інвестиційної та підприємницької діяльності в регіоні, зокрема за умови наявності сформованої адекватної інвестиційної регіональної політики. У разі ефективного поєднання зазначених процесів регіон самостійно, створюючи умови для реалізації підприємницької діяльності та для утворення об'єднань підприємств, підштовхує інвесторів до вкладень у певні регіональні об'єкти, посилені завдяки такому об'єднанню, а значить – стимулює активний розвиток цієї території. Для дослідження впливу створених об'єднань підприємств на збільшення припливу інвестицій у регіон у статті застосовано метод SWOT-аналізу. На прикладі сукупності об'єднань підприємств, значущих для соціально-економічного розвитку західного регіону України, здійснено диференціацію цих об'єднань за типами, виділено їхні характерні переваги і недоліки, визначено можливості їх впливу на розвиток регіону. Особливу увагу приділено кластерам як ефективній формі об'єднання підприємств та інструменту активізації регіональних процесів. The mutual influence of enterprises associations to development of their participants, as well as to intensification of investment and entrepreneurial activity in the region are researched, especially when adequate investment regional policy are formed. With effective combination of these processes region itself creates the conditions for the entrepreneurship implementation and for enterprises associations formation, and so it allows us to direct investments in certain regional objects, reinforced by such association, and therefore – all this promotes active development of the territory. For research of influence of created associations of enterprises on increasing of investment inflows to the region, the SWOT-analysis method is applied at the article. On the example of enterprises associations set which are relevant to the socio-economic development of the Western region of Ukraine, there is performed a differentiation of these associations per types, marked with their specific advantages and disadvantages, also there are outlined their possible impacts on the development of the region. So, Association’s formation through constant coordination of economic activities of enterprises-members and through ensuring their common interests in the relevant market will contribute sustainable development of the region. Associations in the form of Corporations creates the possibility of regional branches, formed with centralized and consolidated regulation of industrial and economic activities of their members, to better decide complex of their financial, technical, social and economic problems. Consortium will help its members to conduct reasonable goal-setting, to achieve confidently the common economic goal, to implement target programs and projects in region, beneficial for its socio-economic development. Such group companies as Concern will allow regional enterprises–members to use the possibilities of large-scale production, combining, coproduction and technological connections in order to get effective results with capital flow from less to more promising economy sectors, and also for financial implementation of large projects. Holding will create easier conditions for joint business activities, including the regulation of manufactured products’ sales. Industrial and Financial Groups (IFG) reveal the possibility of more effective implementation of state programs for the development of priority industries and for conducting economic restructuring in Ukraine according to international agreements. Due to IFG formation, investment and innovation processes will be activated in various sectors of the economy of the region, efficiency of the companies–members and their competitiveness on domestic and foreign markets should be increased. Rare for today kinds of associations – Cartels and Syndicates - also provide their advantages to regional business-partners: thanks to the implementation of joint business, they can effectively regulate the marketing of products with the preservation of agree to reduce competition between such companies. Particular attention is given to Clusters as an efficient form of business combination and as a revitalization tool for regional processes. Thus, from Clusters possibilities there are given innovation direction of economic development in a particular region considering its specificity, promoting employment growth and increasing demand for highly skilled labour, additional attraction of domestic and foreign investment. Clusters also provide strategic and operational support to SMEs, they increase competitiveness of the region as whole and create there a favourable competitive environment.Item Економічний потенціал західного регіону України: стан та перспективи розвитку(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Франів, І. Presented paths of development for the restructuring of the economic potential of Western Ukraine.Item Аналіз інноваційної діяльності підприємств західного регіону України(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Кулиняк, І. Я.; Ріжко, І. А.Проаналізовано інноваційну діяльність підприємств за 2008–2011 рр. областей західного регіону України за такими характеристиками: динаміка кількості підприємств,зайнятих інноваційною діяльністю; напрями проведення інновацій; розподіл загального обсягу витрат за напрямами інноваційної діяльності та областями; розподіл загального обсягу фінансування інноваційної діяльності за джерелами та областями. Визначено нормативно-правову базу для забезпечення основних засад реалізації інноваційного розвитку України. Також розраховано відхилення фінансових надходжень в інноваційну діяльність та кількість підприємств, зайнятих інноваційною діяльністю у західному регіоні України за 2008–2011 рр. Виокремлено чинники, які спричиняють низьку інноваційну активність підприємств західного регіону України, та чинники, що позитивно впливають на розвиток інноваційної діяльності в регіоні. Проаналізовані обсяги та структура основних джерел фінансування інноваційної діяльності підприємств у західному регіоні України у 2008–2011 рр. Висновки, зроблені на основі проведеного дослідження, свідчать, що, незважаючи на деяку активізацію, інноваційна діяльність підприємств у західному регіоні України залишається на низькому рівні та потребує подальшого вдосконалення. The article analyzes innovative activities in the western region of Ukraine in 2008-2011 by the following characteristics: dynamics in the number of enterprises engaged in innovative activities; areas of innovations; distribution of the total expenditures by fields of innovations and regions; distribution of the total financing on innovations by sources and regions. The legal and regulatoty framework for the innovative development of Ukraine is defined. The deviations in funding of innovative activities and in the number of enterprises engaged in innovative activities in the western region of Ukraine in 2008-2011 are also calculated. The factors that hinder innovative activities of enterprises as well as the factors positively affecting the development of innovations in the western region of Ukraine are identified. The analysis of the scope and structure of the main sources of funding for innovative activities of enterprises in Western Ukraine in 2008-2011 is made. Conclusions drawn from the study show that despite some revitalization, innovative activities in Western Ukraine are still insufficient and need further improvement.Item Техніко-економічний стан об’єктів інфраструктури як фактор впливу на розвиток економіки Західного регіону України(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2010) Кулініч, Т. В.Висвітлено результати дослідження зміни стану основних засобів на об’єктах інфраструктури в п’яти областях західного регіону України (Львівській, Івано-Франківській, Волинській, Рівненській і Тернопільській) за період 2002–2008 рр. Показано вплив зміни стану основних засобів на об’єктах інфраструктури на економіку західного регіону України. Розглянуто можливості поліпшення техніко-економічного стану об’єктів інфраструктури регіону. The results of conducted research of dynamic state of capital assets at the infrastructure objects in five regions in the Ukrainian West (regions of: Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Volyn’, Rivne and Ternopil) for period of 2002–2008 are reflected. Influencing of change of the state of capital assets at the objects of infrastructure on the economy of the Western regions of Ukraine is shown. There are considered some possibilities of improvement of technical and economical state of regional infrastructure objects.Item Рейтингова оцінка інвестиційної привабливості областей західного регіону України(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2011) Іщук, С. В.Описано рейтингове оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості регіону з виявленням особливостей його загальноекономічного розвитку, фінансового забезпечення його економіки, інноваційного і соціального розвитку, а також розвитку регіональної інфраструктури, ефективності використання виробничих ресурсів і ділової активності. За запропонованою методикою оцінено інвестиційну привабливість семи областей західного регіону України (Волинської, Закарпатської, Івано-Франківської, Львівської, Рівненської, Тернопільської і Чернівецької) за 2002–2009 рр. Спрогнозовано зміни рейтингів інвестиційної привабливості названих областей у посткризовий період. There are shown the possibilities of rating evaluation of region investment attractiveness for opening of particularity of its overall economic development, financial support of its economy, its innovation, social and infrastructure development, efficient use of production resources and business activity. After proposed methodic there are evaluated the investment attractiveness of seven regions of Western Ukraine (Volyn, Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Rivne, Ternopil and Chernivtsi) for the period of 2002-2009. There are purchased the changes of rating of investment attractiveness of named regions at post-crisis period.
