Item Banking risks: enhancing requirements concerning risk management and information disclosure(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Kryvych, Ya. M.; Makarenko, I. O.The article deals with the nature, basic principles and objectives of the bank risk management system under modern conditions and the requirements of regulators as to the transparency of their activities. The authors have developed a scheme of the bank risk management and justified basic directions of disclosing information about banks on the basis of international approaches in the context of introduction of the International Financial Reporting Standards. Розглянуто сутність, основні принципи та завдання реалізації системи ризик-менеджменту банку в сучасних умовах, а також вимоги регуляторів щодо забезпечення прозорості його діяльності. Автори розробили схему управління ризиками банку та обґрунтували основні напрями розкриття інформації про них на основі міжнародних підходів у контексті переходу банків на міжнародні стандарти фінансової звітності.Item Оцінка якості корпоративного управління у системі контролінгу підприємства(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Обельницька, Х. В.Досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти якості корпоративного управління з метою здійснення її оцінки у системі контролінгу підприємства, що являє собою найперспективніший вектор у сфері функціонального та інструментального забезпечення системи корпоративного управління. На основі детальної перевірки забезпечення функцій органів управління корпорації виокремлено напрями та вказано інформаційну базу для наведеної методики оцінки якості корпоративного управління. The theoretical and practical aspects of the quality of corporate management have been considered in the article with a purpose of the estimation in the system of controlling enterprise. The system of controlling is the most perspective vector in the field of the functional and instrumental providing the system of corporate management. Six directions for the evaluation method of corporate management’s quality are indicated on the bases of the detailed analysis providing functions of corporative management organs, such as components of corporate governance system, internal documents, functions and plenary powers of general collections of joint-stock company, functions and plenary powers of review board, functions and plenary powers of revision commission, functions and plenary powers of executive body. This method shows the blocks for the evaluation and verification of operation of corporate management for the specified directions. Method is represented schematically. Considering the national system of corporate management and domestic legislation is defined the information base for the evaluation method. The results of assessment for quality of corporate governance will be considerate to improvement the internal work on the enterprise. This assessment’s quality of corporate governance is in the system of enterprise’s controlling. The sufficient level of the controlling system help to evaluate the correct position of the company on time and it help to respond the factors of external environment.Item Державна корпоративна власність на сучасному етапі розвитку економіки(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2010) Бельтюков, Є. А.; Свірідова, С. С.Обґрунтовано актуальність проблем, пов’язаних з керуванням корпоративними підприємствами і зокрема, керуванням державною часткою власності на цих підприємствах. Розглянуто питання розвитку корпоративної форми організації підприємництва, визначено, що більшість вітчизняних господарських товариств було створено через приватизацію державних підприємств. Описано модель роздержавлення власності в Україні, що зумовило особливості корпоративного управління. Надано рекомендації щодо управління державною власністю на сучасному етапі. It’s proved topicality of the problems related with management of corporate enterprises and management of state’s share of property on these enterprises. It’s considered problems of evolution of corporative form organization of business undertakings. It’s determined that most part of domestic enterprises has founded by means privatization of state enterprises. It’s described mode of conversion of property in Ukraine as a specific corporate management. There are made recommendations about management of state property on present stage.Item Підвищення рівня капіталізації банків України на основі корпоративного управління(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2010) Банах, Ю. Я.Досліджено проблему управління банківським капіталом, підвищення рівня його якості та достатності, щоб забезпечити економічне зростання країни в умовах подолання кризових явищ, оцінено рівень капіталізації банків України на основі аналізу статистичних показників функціонування банківської системи, обґрунтовано вплив корпоративного управління на процеси формування капіталу банків, запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення капіталізації банків України на основі удосконалення корпоративного управління. Main problems of management banking capital, improvement of level of its quality and sufficient is outlined for providing of the economy growing, banking activities corporate management improvement are defined in the article. The level of capitalization of Ukrainian banks on the basis of analysis of statistical indexes of function the banking system is conducted. Influence of corporate management on the processes of forming of capital of banks is grounded. The measures on the increase of level capitalization Ukrainian banks on the basis of improvement of corporate management, elements of corporate management strategy and main criteria of its efficiency evaluation are determined.Item Формування інноваційної стратегії управління корпоративними правами держави(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2010) Свечкіна, А. Л.; Кравцова, І. В.Розглянуто особливості утворення та функціонування підприємств з державною часткою у статутному фонді. Систематизовано нормативно-правову базу утворення державних підприємств, визначено галузеву структуру державного сектора економіки та проаналізовано бюджетну ефективність державних підприємств. На основі проведеного аналізу визначено причини неефективного управління державної власності в Україні та розроблено рекомендації, запровадження яких сприятиме розвитку стратегії управління корпоративними правами України. In the article the features of forming and functioning of enterprises with a state interest in a capital are considered. Legal foundation of such enterprises is systematized, branch structure is determined and the budgetary efficiency of state enterprises is analyzed. On the basis of analysis, the reasons of ineffective management of public sector of economics in Ukraine are considered and the recommendations to improve the corporate rights government strategy of Ukraine are offered.Item Корпоративні конфлікти в Україні: основні види та їх значущість(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2011) Іоргачова, М. І.Розглянуто основні види порушень прав акціонерів в Україні та в інших країнах з ринками цінних паперів, що розвиваються. Проведено аналіз наявності ризиків цих порушень у певних країнах. Визначено унікальність такого ризику для України, як розкриття інформації. Надано рекомендації щодо зменшення імовірності виникнення корпоративних ризиків та поліпшення корпоративного управління. Запропоновані напрями дають змогу удосконалити корпоративні відносини в Україні та в інших країнах світу. The article examines the main types of violations of shareholder rights in Ukraine and other countries with developing securities markets. The analysis the risks of emergence of these violations in certain countries. Determined the uniqueness of this risk for Ukraine as disclosure. Recommendations to reduce the probability of corporate risks and improve corporate governance.
