Item Концептуальні підходи щодо дослідження конкурентоспроможності людського капіталу в постіндустріальному суспільстві(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Крушніцька, Г. Б.Розглянуто проблему недостатньої дослідженості категорії конкурентоспроможності людського капіталу; досліджується причина відсутності трактування конкурентоспроможності людського капіталу на рівні понятійно-категорійного апарата, яка, як вважається, полягає у тому, що основні конкурентні теорії і концепції людського капіталу належать до неокласичних теорій, а теорії постіндустріального суспільства – до неоінституціалізму – напряму, альтернативного неокласичному, звідси і різниця у методологічних підходах щодо дослідження. V.The article presents research results of the current trends in the economic development of the national economy of Ukraine on the basis of statistic and economic analysis, identifies its characteristics in terms of macro- and mezo-levels and determines the factors of development under conditions of post-industrial society, using the R. Solow model of economic growth and the Cobb-Douglas production function. Наведено результати дослідження сучасних тенденцій економічного розвитку національного господарства України на основі статистичного та економічного аналізу, встановлено його особливості на макро- та мезорівнях і визначено фактори розвитку з використанням моделі економічного зростання Р. Солоу та виробничої функції Кобба-Дугласа, в умовах постіндустріального суспільства.Item Структурні зміни в національному господарстві України під впливом процесу постіндустріалізації(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Пирог, О. В.Наведено результати дослідження щодо структурних змін у національному господарстві України під впливом процесу постіндустріалізації. З метою повноцінного аналізування структурних змін у національному господарстві України під впливом процесу постіндустріалізації вирішено такі завдання: виявлено сучасні характеристики процесу постіндустріалізації в світовому господарстві; проаналізовано структурні зміни в національному господарстві України за 2001–2012 рр.; визначено тенденції інвестування національного господарства протягом 2001–2012 рр.; оцінено вплив інвестиційної діяльності в Україні на структурні зрушення в її національному господарстві; окреслено перспективні заходи в управлінні інвестиційною діяльністю для забезпечення якісних структурних змін у національному господарстві країни під впливом процесу постіндустріалізації. За результатами дослідження встановлено, що інституційне середовище, в якому відбувається процес формування та управління інвестиційною діяльністю, характеризується відсутністю стабільності в управлінні, особливо плануванні, непослідовністю та недостатньою прозорістю державного регулювання цієї сфери, нормативно-правової бази, низькою ефективністю державного контролю за дотриманням встановлених критеріїв та законодавчих норм. The article presents the results of research of structural changes at the national economy of Ukraine under the influence of process postindustrialization. In order to complete analysis of structural changes at the national economy of Ukraine under the influence of process postindustrialization were solving the following problems: advanced features postindustrialization process in the world economy; analyzed the structural changes at the national economy of Ukraine for the period of 2001–2012; established investment trends of the national economy during the period 2001–2012; evaluated the impact of investment activity in Ukraine to structural changes at the national economy of Ukraine; proposed the measures at the management of investment activities to ensure the quality of structural changes at the national economy of the country under the influence of process postindustrialization. Analysis of the development of post-industrial society made possible to set the current characteristics of the process postindustrialization at the world economy: the countries of postindustrial society characterized by high GDP per capita; national economies of post-industrial society are based on a broad domestic demand, which provides a strong middle class with high solvency; at the countries of post-industrial society formed high-tech sector as material production and non-material production. The development of the national economy due to the formation of an active industrial society and should be based on effective and optimal public policy in the field of economic development and growth. At the transition from one to the next type of society for the development of the national economy must focus on intensive factors – innovation and investment factors. The national economy of Ukraine can be characterized by the following features: instability of a high level of shadowing, technical and technological backwardness, significant physical and moral depreciation of fixed assets, low capacity utilization, high material-, energy-and resursoyemnist absence or low level of innovation. Investing does not define economic development of the national economy and does not ensure effective structural changes in the economic activities of Ukraine, due to chaotic capital and lack of stable investment trends of economic activities in Ukraine. Those economic activities, that investment impact of the average level to the development (industry, especial such as manufacturing, construction, transport and communication), have priority for the economic development of the national economy. The study found that the institutional environment in which the process of the formation and management of investment activities, characterized by a lack of stability in governance, especially planning, inconsistency and lack of transparency of government regulation of the sector, regulatory framework, low efficiency of state control over compliance with established criteria and regulations.Item Ієрархія потреб у системі міжнародної трудової міграції(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Гуменюк, Ю. П.Запропоновано споcоби виконання багатьох важливих науково-практичних завдань у сфері оцінки закономірностей розвитку трудоміграційних процесів та визначення особливостей їх перебігу під впливом соціогуманітарних чинників. Особлива увага в дослідженні спрямована на мотивацію схильності до еміграції як перманентного чинника, що сприяє перебігу міжнародного трудоміграційного процесу та формує компоненти світової системи трудової міграції. Kind of of solution of row of important science and practice tasks is offered in the field of estimation of conformities to law of development of labour migration processes and determination of features of their flowing under act of social humanity factors. In the article we grounded the expediency of formation of innovation and investment centers as efficient organizational structures to improve implementation of innovative projects in post-industrial society. О.Проаналізовано та систематизовано нові соціальні ризики, викликані переходом до постіндустріального суспільства. Із позицій аналізу тенденцій постіндустріалізму виявлено групи осіб, що підпадають під вплив нових соціальних ризиків. Обгрунтовано необхідність зміни напрямків соціальної політики держави. Here the new social risks caused by the transition to the postindustrial society are analized and systematized. From the position of the postindustrial trends analysis the groups of population which came under influence of the new social risks are revealed.
