Виявлено, що інституційна зумовленість урядів меншості у парламентських демократіях є доволі різносторонньою, але переважно окреслюється проблематикою політичної стабільності та політичної культури. The article is dedicated to analysing institution-based reasons and background of minority governments’ formation in the European parliamentary democracies. The researcher has found that the institutional conditionality of minority governments in parliamentary democracies is quite versatile, but is mostly defined with problems of political stability and political culture. The study showed that clarification of the political and institutional based characteristics, nature, causes and features of government formation and functioning in the European parliamentary democracies has both ideological and conceptual meaning, because it can testify on the generalized specifics of governments at all and can show the patterns of parliamentary democracies functioning in the cases of parliamentary minorities. This is particularly noteworthy in the view of the fact that minority governments are not unified and monolithic structures in the context of the European institutional practices. The fact is that they differ in their composition, dimensionality, ideologies, reasons of formation and peculiarities of responsibility. That is why different types of minority governments in the European parliamentary democracies are able to produce various political, legal and socio-economic impacts and to be determined by different formative and functional parameters. In addition, determining specifics of minority governments is essential in view of the fact that these institutional structures of cabinets account for more than thirty percent of all European (in Western, Central and Eastern European countries) governments, thus, minority government, as the European experience and comparative statistics show, is a "normal" phenomenon of political process and inter-institutional relations in parliamentary democracies. Accordingly, the elucidation of their institution-based reasons of formation is important theoretically, methodologically and empirically.Item Young consumers` behaviours from selected European countries on market of e-services(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Wolny, R.Changes which occur in the process of providing services, related to the development of Internet channel of distribution influence the functioning of market of e-services, including consumption of services. Using services on the Internet may be considered innovative (compared to using traditional services) and necessary in the era of post-industrial society. Currently, many consumers use e-services, young consumers in particular. This article will be devoted to the presentation of research results concerning behaviours of young consumers on market of e-services in selected European countries (France, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Italy, Slovakia). The research was conducted in 2012 within NCN (National Science Centre) grant ‘E-consumer in Europe – a comparative analysis of behaviours’. Зміни, які відбуваються в процесі надання послуг, пов'язаних з розвитком інтернет-каналу розподілу, впливають на функціонування ринку електронних послуг, зокрема і на споживання послуг. Використання послуг в Інтернеті можна вважати інноваційним (порівняно з використанням традиційних послуг) та необхідним в епоху постіндустріального суспільства. Сьогодні багато споживачів використовують електронні послуги, особливо молоді споживачі. Презентовано результати досліджень, що стосуються поведінки молодих споживачів на ринку електронних послуг в окремих європейських країнах (Франція, Португалія, Польща, Румунія, Італія, Словаччина). Дослідження було проведено у 2012 році в ННЦ (Національний науковий центр) грант «E-споживача в Європі – порівняльний аналіз поведінки».Item Віковий хід геомагнітного поля на території Європи за період 1995–2005 рр.(Видавництво Національного університету «Львівська політехніка», 2010) Максимчук, В. Ю.; Городиський, Ю. М.; Марченко, Д. О.Досліджено просторову структуру вікового ходу геомагнітного поля на території Європи. За даними магнітних обсерваторій побудовано серію карт вікової варіації(SV)для X,Y,Z,D – компонент геомагнітного поля для п’ятирічних інтервалів 1995–2000 і 2000–2005рр. Виконано їхнє порівняння з міжнародними моделями ІGRF. У полі вікового ходу на території Європи виділено глобальні структури–фокуси SV та досліджено їхню кінематику. The spatial structure of geomagnetic field secular variations in Europe was examined. Using the data of geomagnetic observatories the new maps of this secular variation (SV) for X,Y,Z,D – components for 5-years intervals 1995-2000 and 2000-2005 were constructed. Their comparison with the IGRM global geomagnetic models was done. The global anomalies–SV-focuses in the structure of the secular variations in Europe were discovered and their kinematics was studied. Проведены исследования пространственной структуры векового хода геомагнитного поля на территории Европы. По данным магнитных обсерваторий построена серия карт вековой вариации (SV) для X, Y, Z, D-компонент геомагнитного поля для пятилетних интервалов 1995–2000 и 2000–2005 гг. Выполнено их сравнение с международными моделями ІGRF. В поле векового хода на территории Европы выделены глобальные структуры – фокусы SV и изучена их кинематика.
