Item Remarks concerning methodology improvement for integral assessment of a company's investment attractiveness(Lviv Politechnic Publishing House, 2018-02-10) Nashkerska, M.; Mykytyuk, N.; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe article deals with the issues of the estimation company’s investment attractiveness. The features of the integral index formation of investment attractiveness are studied. Critical assessment of the meaningful content of a group of indicators that form an integral indicator of investment attractiveness has been made. An improved set of indicators was proposed by the authors in order to modernize the existing mechanism of integrated assessment, approved by the Agency for the Prevention of Bankruptcy of Enterprises and Organizations. Проведено порівняльний аналіз за 2009–2016 рр. динаміки обсягів реалізованої продукції, активів і чистого прибутку підприємств маши- нобудування, промисловості та економіки України загалом. Досліджено співвідношення темпів зростання загальних показників господарської діяльності українських підприємств та причини їхніх відхилень від оптимального співвідношення. Визначено основні фактори впливу на економічну динаміку розвитку українських підприємств.Item Стан і тенденції розвитку великих, середніх та малих підприємств реального сектору економіки України: порівняльний аналіз динаміки(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Кіндрацька, Г. І.; Кулиняк, Ю. І.Проаналізовано структуру суб’єктів підприємництва України залежно від їхнього виду (великі, середні, малі) та встановлено основні особливості їхньої діяльності. Досліджено за 2008–2014 рр. динаміку розвитку економіки України, найважливішого її сектору – промисловості та галузі промисловості – машинобудування за такими загальними показниками: вартість активів, обсяг реалізованої продукції і чистий прибуток, а також встановлено причини їхньої зміни. Здійснено порівняльне оцінювання темпових показників діяльності великих, середніх і малих підприємств України, охарактеризовано тенденції зміни цих показників. Проаналізовано співвідношення темпів зростання середньорічної вартості активів і обсягу реалізованої продукції, а також темпів зростання чистого прибутку і обсягу реалізованої продукції з метою оцінювання рівня ділової активності промислових підприємств і підприємств машинобудування. In the article the structures of Ukrainian business entities are analyzed depending on their size (large, middle, small) and peculiarities of their activities are determined. It is shown that large enterprises ( concerns, corporations) are less flexible and dynamic than small and middle enterprises that instantly react to changes of the market situation. However, small and middle enterprises fall behind large enterprises in terms of absolute indexes, for example, the cost of assets, sales volume, net income. For this reason, the comparative analysis of the development trends of these types of enterprises is conducted with the purpose of determining the level of their business activities. The analysis of general dynamics of large, middle and small enterprises performance has been done which educes the trends in the past and the perspective directions of their development in the future. It assists the improvement of economic results of industries and sectors of economy of Ukraine. The dynamics of enterprises activities in the competitive environment under the influence of both external and internal factors is characterized by ongoing changes in their cost of assets, sales volume, net profit, and other indicators. The analysis of the economic development dynamics of Ukraine in 2008-2014, with special attention to industrial and machine building enterprises is conducted. The reasons of negative changes in their performance are studied. Correlation of rates of growth in average annual cost of assets, sales volume, and net profit is analyzed with the purpose of estimating the level of business activities of industrial enterprises and enterprises of machine building. Judging from the results of the analysis of dynamics of large, middle and small enterprises in Ukraine, industrial and machine building enterprises, in particular, by such general indexes as cost of assets, sales volume, and net income, it is possible to state that the level of business activity of enterprises is not high, as they accumulate property actively but use it not very effectively.Item Управління діловою активністю страхової компанії(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2010) Григор’єв, О. Розроблено модель аналізу ділової активності страхової компанії, та описано послідовність етапів проходження яких є необхідною і достатньою умовою об’єктивної оцінки стану, перспектив та можливостей страхової компанії. The article explores the essence of insurance company business activity category as a primary guide in determining the degree of achievement of objectives and specific tasks. Developed the model of activity analysis of insurance company, and describes the sequence of steps passing which is a necessary and sufficient condition for an fair assessment prospects and opportunities for the insurance company.
